Advise deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures, artificial enamel filling or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. Cause of discoloration – Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics.

Poor oral hygiene, gum or periodontal infections, dry mouth, smoking and tobacco use are some of the contributing factors for bad breath medically known as Halitosis. You can try following: 1.) Brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, use tongue cleaner, change brush in 3 months.
2.) Use dental floss regularly.
3.) Keep the mouth moist. You can regularly drink water or keep non sugar edible items in mouth to keep the saliva flowing.
4.) Avoid smoking and tobacco.
5.) Use Listerine mouthwash twice daily.
6.) Avoid food causing bad smell.

99% of the plaque can be removed by the use of Waterjets along with daily brushing.

Even after proper brushing, if you are having the problem of bad breath, you might be suffering from vitamin c deficiency. Vitamin c deficiency leads to spongy and bleeding gums. Even though the bleeding is not visible, there could be a micro-vascular bleeding which is not seen with naked eyes.
There is a secondary bacterial infection in the gums which leads to the problem of bad breath.
You should take citrus fruits like oranges, lemon, etc.
It is good if you take an orange a day for at least 15 days and let me know the result.
Hope it helps.

You can’t brush every time you eat. But you sure can drink water or at least rinse your mouth with water every time you do so. Water neutralises the effects of acidic and sugary foods. Rinsing removes food particles left behind on/ between the teeth.

You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.
