My skin is oily and I have large open pores on my cheeks, nose, forehead and chin—in fact, my whole face.
Thank you for writing to us. Please note the following in respect to your queries: yogurt contains lactic acid that helps gently exfoliate the skin and absorbs excess oil from the face. Apply one tablespoon of plain yogurt thoroughly over your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Then rinse it off with cool water. Do this once daily. For further treatment get back to me. Thanks.

Homeopath,
I am having Some dark spot in my face. so what can I do? please reply in hinder.
Firstly start taking a full nutritious diet. A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health. And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is berberis aquafolium mother tincture. Take 5 drops of it mix with water, twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day. 3. Wash your face with besan and curd, mix a pinch of turmeric also. 4. Apply bio valley's skin lightening cream 5. Apply rose water to your face at night. 6. Apply cucumber juice+ lemon juice+ tomato juice on your back and neck. 7. Apply multani mitti pack on the face, wash it off after it dries.

How to control my hair fall. so, what to do.?

Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian (RD), PGDD, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S), General Physician
Dietitian/Nutritionist,
How to control my hair fall. so, what to do.?
Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies. Do reply back for private consultation for rx.

Essential foods for hair growth

In today?s times, our lifestyle and diet has changed so drastically that health and beautyconcerns are a constant source of worry! skin troubles and hair troubles are a plenty and are a source of embarrassment for women all over the world. Dandruff, hair fall, split ends, receding hair lines etc the list is never ending!

The solutions are also increasing in numbers but not in efficacy. We have a number of lotions and creams and god knows what else but it?s like rubbing water onto the leaves of the plant instead of feeding the roots. Pointless!

Proper diet and nutrition from within can solve any of these problems better than all those creams on the shelf put together. Healthy inside make us beautiful outside! the right food for hair growth is one of the most amazing hair growth tips ever.
hair growth foods:

1. Green leafy vegetables:
green leafy vegetables are the best food for hair growth. Spinach, lettuce, leafy greens, turnip greens, broccoli, beans and green peppers are rich in nutrients that help and promote hair growth. Regular intake of green leafy vegetables will ensure growth of hair and also strengthens the roots of hair. The green leafy vegetables reduces hair fall very effectively.

2. Other vegetables and fruits:
other vegetables like carrot, sweet potatoes, orange, papaya, banana, onion, garlic and kidney beans are also helps hair growth. They help by making scalp and hair roots strong. This they achieve by ensuring proper blood circulation in the scalp that in turn helps in hair growth. By mixing them in a salad or boiling them and adding them to our diet is definitely one way to control our hair troubles!

3. Sprouts:
sprouts are wonderful for hair growth. The most important and famous sprout is green gram dhal sprout. There are so many sprouts like mung beans, green gram dhal, peas that help in hair growth and stops hair fall.
it is also very easy to prepare! soak green gram dhal in the morning in an air tight box. Then in the afternoon strain the water and close the box, put the box in a dark place. In the morning the sprouts will be ready for you to eat. It will be very effective when taken with the morning meal.
this is a great food for putting an end to hair fall immediately and inducing hair growth. Also eating this sprout regularly will make hair shiny and smooth. It is protein rich and contains so many nutrients.

4. Nuts and dry fruits:
the nuts and dry fruits help so much in hair growth. Almonds, dates, walnuts, fig and prunes are the best. Dates and figs are rich in iron content that helps a lot in hair growth when we eat it regularly. Almonds are rich in nutrients that can make hair strong and shiny.

5. Fish:
good news for fish lovers! fish contains nutrients that will make hair shiny and strong while promoting hair growth. It contains omega 3 fatty acids which help nourish hair very well. Those who don?t want to eat fish or are vegetarians can take sea cod tablets. It is extremely beneficial.

6. Cow?s milk:
milk is the major source for calcium and iron, and there an ideal hair growth food. The abundance of these nutrients not only reflects on bones and health but also on our hair. It aids in controlling hair loss and promoting hair growth. A full glass of cow? milk needs to be a part of your diet if healthy and shining hair is your aim!

7. Citrus fruit:
we have just established that iron is essential if your looking for healthy hair growth. But will simply consuming iron suffice? isn?t it necessary for it to be absorbed by our body too? vitamin c is an absolute must as a hair growth foods for it absorbs the iron into our body. And this is why vitamin c needs to be a part of your daily diet!

8. Soya bean:
proteins rich for hair growth is a must! if your a vegetarian and are on a hunt for that perfect source of proteins, then your search ends here. This is the best food for hair growth. Soya beans has 40% proteins and a great deal of good fats which are also much needed for hair growth.

apart from being a very high protein source, shrimp also contains good portions of vitamin b12, iron and zinc. And all there of these vitamins are prevent hair breakage.
why vitamins?
This is one question I am sure we all have! along with which are the most important of the different kinds? there are actually two that are extremely important for hair care and growth. Vitamin b complex, also known as the h vitamin around the world and vitamin c. Vitamin b or biotin improves texture and health of brittle hair while vitamin c prevents premature graying.

this isn?t exactly food but then water is a very essential and major portion of our body so it isnt exactly s surprise that it shows up here! hydrated system aids in better hair growth. So if water isnt your thing then add fresh fruit juice to your diet!
there are also a few simple things that you do on the external end to aid the improvement of the internal process of rejuvenation. Use natural hair care products for proper hair care. You can try any of the following tips.
? Apply honey to your scalp to deal with frizzy and tangled hair troubles.
? Mix apple cider vinegar to water. This will give you volume and shine at the same times.
? Use a rinse of lemon water for dry hair.

I got eczema. Plzz tell me some effective ointment or something to lighten up eczema scars.
If you have eczema, it is important to take good care of your skin. Take warm (not hot!) baths on a regular basis and immediately applying moisturizers afterward will help keep your skin moist. •Moisturize every day. •Wear cotton or soft fabrics. Avoid rough, scratchy fibers and tight clothing. •Take lukewarm baths and showers, using mild soap or non-soap cleanser •Gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel – do not rub. •Apply a moisturizer within 3 minutes after bathing to “lock in” moisture. •When possible, avoid rapid changes of temperature and activities that make you sweat. •Learn your eczema triggers and avoid them. •Use a humidifier in dry or cold weather. •Keep your fingernails short to help keep scratching from breaking the skin. •Some people with allergies find it helps to remove carpets from their house, and give pets dander treatments.

Hi I reduced upti 16 kgs from my body but now how should I get rid of the stretch marks that already occurred. Plzz suggest some tips.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Cocoa butter is famous for its anti-wrinkling and anti-aging properties. It helps in enhancing the blood circulation, which reduces stretch marks. Massage the affected area with cocoa butter at least two times a day. Repeat the process for two months and notice the reduced scars. Else, mix half cup of cocoa butter with one tablespoon of wheat germ oil, one teaspoon of tea kernel oil, two teaspoons of grated beeswax, and vitamin E oil. Heat the mix until the beeswax melts. Apply it on the stretch marks twice or thrice a day. The mixture can be stored in a sealed box in the refrigerator.------------------------------. Physical Exercise One must regularly do physical exercises, like abdominal crunches, sit-ups, swimming, etc. Which tone the underlying muscles and remove the ugly stretch marks------------------- Useful Tips •Consume protein, zinc and Vitamin C rich foods in abundance. Green salad, milk, fish, nuts and citrus fruits help a lot in diminishing stretch marks. •Do yoga and other physical exercises on the regular basis. •Pregnant women should not use creams and solutions, prepared from chemicals. Instead of fading away stretch marks, they may result in skin damaging rashes. •Don’t scratch the affected area. •Keep your skin moisturized.---------------------- HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINE--------------------- SILICEA 6X (Wilmar Schwabe India) Chew 4 tab 3 times daily for 3 months-------------

Suggest treatment for pimples and spots of pimples. Suggest any cream or capsules, etc.

BAMS

Suggest treatment for pimples and spots of pimples. Suggest any cream or capsules, etc.
These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples & spots: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin.
