Depends upon whether the lump is inside the scortum related to the structures like testicles or epididymis or in vas deference or the wall of the scotum like infected cyst or boil etc. You should get yourself examined by your doctor or get ultrasound of the scortum done to determine the cause of the lump and treat accordingly.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. You'll have more difficulty making healthy choices throughout the day. •Find resources to help you keep track of your food choices and nutritional values, and that can offer additional support when you need it. Hi controlling the diet and walks is the best way to stay off the medicines. Include fibre rich foods, complex carbohydrates, more vegetables and protein rich foods. Walking daily will help the body utilise insulin in a better way thanks.

Yes, stopping masturbation will help. Your penis does not get hard enough. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Follow this and give feedback.

For headache take tablet paracetamol and Take a flow of steam (of plain water only ) over the forehead through a crescent steam inhaler, eight hourly and Check your eye sight for refractive error and we also have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after clinical examination

No dear salt water gargling is not recommended as throat pain is due to dryness in the mouth and this is due to the lack of hydration in your mouth, saliva and mucus which is protective layer in mouth helps you to keep mouth mucosa wet and healthy, if this get dries than bacteria gets space to enter your body, and you start getting repeatedly the cold and throat pain, do keep yourself hydrated with fresh fruits, shakes, lemon juice of honey, melon, water melon, salads, and milk products like curds lassie, cofffee hot and cold.

One cup of milk everyday is enough for normal adults. You should eat pure ghee because it is healthy, but only in limited amounts. And other oils/ ghee such as dalda, cotton seed oils, etc should be avoided as much as possible. Sunflower oil, safflower oil, olive oil, etc are healthy oils and a better choice.

I am 56 years old and do lot of work on computer/laptop. I started feeling slight giddiness once in a day or 2 in the evening hours after full days work. We have got a family history of vertigo (father, sister etc.). I used Vertin 8 mg twice a day. I feel quite relieved and sometimes again I feel the same. Secondly I am also doing neck exercises as prescribed in You Tube. Please suggest remedies how can I get rid of this problem. Since, I am an official connected with computer desk job I can not do away with this. This giddiness remains for less than a minute or so, when I need to catch hold of some thing to avoid loosing stability. No heart beat increases during this period. I do not have sugar, BP or any such issues except nasal allergies, which are also quite under control. I addressed a gathering for about 2 hours yesterday, on power point, after that I started feeling like sitting and could not stand comfortably. Please guide me how long can I use Vertin (betahistine 8 mg). Recently I got medical check up done, which was almost normal but slight marginal increases in triglyceride levels (270) and low D vitamin (14) for which I am using medicines like Rosuvas 5 mg and Nurokind D3 (1000 ug D vitamin) Best wishes.

Dear Sir there are multiple risk factors in your case which can predispose you to vertigo. Firstly your age. Second and maybe the most important, your sedentary work style with long hours spent watching the computer screen. This posture leads to cervical problems which can lead to transient vertigo. The presence of abnormal lipid profile may also contribute in the form of arteriosclerosis (thickening of arteries). Kindly consult a neurologist to check for cervical spine and carotid vascular anamolies.

Many viral fevers are associated with pain in the nack and muscles. These may last upto 10_15 days. Mostly pains are self limiting. Take paracetamol if severe, take rest avoid self medication.

Gas normally enters your digestive tract when you swallow air and when bacteria in your large intestine break down certain undigested foods. Everyone swallows a small amount of air when eating and drinking. You swallow more air when you,chew gum,drink carbonated, or fizzy, drinks,eat or drink too fast,smoke,suck on hard candy,wear loose-fitting dentures. Some conditions can cause you to have more gas than usual or have more symptoms when you have gas. These conditions include the following:Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) steps to swallow less air. For example, eat more slowly, avoid gum and hard candies, and don’t use a straw. If you smoke, quit smoking . You may try avoiding or limiting,carbonated, or fizzy, drinks,fried and high-fat foods,high-fiber foods for a few weeks and then slowly increasing your daily fiber intake.leuk warm water.
