Sure. I have diet plans to gain weight in a healthy way. N I ll give you supplements also. N I am sure your gastric problem also will be solved. But for piles some sort of relief can be given but it can be cured completely by operation which again depends on the stage of piles. I'm a sugar patient, frequently I'm getting (every month) acidity. How do I get rid of it?
Mr. Lybrate-user, hyperacidity may be occurring either due to food habits, smoking, alcohol, excess tea or coffee. At times remaining on empty stomach for long time also can cause that. To reduce acidity you may take small quantity of food more frequently (every 2 - 3 hrs), total intake not exceed the recommended daily allowance. Plus avoiding all the above mentioned triggers. Exercise also helps in controlling acidity. There are antacids and other drugs which may be useful. Some times a bacterium h pylori could be also responsible. Plus good control of diabetes is also very important.

1. Drink plenty of water. 2. Take fresh fruit everyday. 3. Start with calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month.

I am 67 Yrs old Male. Last 2-3 years have been slightly above normal Blood Sugar levels. Avg Fasting around 145 and PP = 165. Have been taking Glyciphage SR 500Mg 2/day. Also Tonact TG for Trygycieride that is now much within limits (113) and Cholosteral all within limits. My ht 5'-10" but body weight on higher side 86Kg. I exercise regularly 7d/week for 1Hr/day morning walking and climbing a small hill of 200M behid my home. Is there anything else to do?

You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 2 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. Go for an hour long walk every day. If you don't loose weight soon you will develop high BP. Can okra be soaked in copper vessel overnight and be taken in morning with empty stomach by diabetic patients?
Yes, it can be. But okra being a green vegetable is a rich source of fibre and micro nutrients. Won't be much of a help in diabetes. You can try overnight soaked fenugreek seeds for diabetes.

I am 45 years old woman. I had menopause 9 years back immediately after my second delivery. For some times I am feeling very exhausted freqently inspite of taking vitamin supplement. I take home made food. My recent blood test report shows no sugar no thyrod. I also feel dehydration, have lots of sweating, my whole body becomes heavy and stiff and I find it difficult to stand and move very frequently. Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.
