Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

I have acidity problem every second day. Even though my stomach remains empty. I don't eat anything but I still feel heaviness in my stomach. From morning itself the area between where our lungs end. Or where the liver is situated. There is mild pain over there for the whole day and when I eat something in this situation I feel like vomiting though I don't vomit but there is sensation of vomiting.

1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Take 1 tsf avipattikar churna empty stomach twice a day with water/ 20 days and 2 tab soothshekhar ras twice a day 30 min after meals with little water/10 days. 10. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care.

Whatever time I go to sleep whether 9 PM or late night 1 AM I wake up only after 10AM. I have tried a lot to woke up earlier and when I wake up my head feels too heavy.

Getting in sync with your body’s natural sleep-wake cycle—your circadian rhythm—is one of the most important strategies for achieving good sleep. If you keep a regular sleep schedule, going to bed and getting up at the same time each day, you will feel much more refreshed and energized than if you sleep the same number of hours at different times. This holds true even if you alter your sleep schedule by only an hour or two. Consistency is vitally important. Set a regular bedtime. Go to bed at the same time every night. Choose a time when you normally feel tired, so that you don’t toss and turn. Try not to break this routine on weekends when it may be tempting to stay up late. If you want to change your bedtime, help your body adjust by making the change in small daily increments, such as 15 minutes earlier or later each day.

You are having premature ejaculation. It may be due to 1. Anxiety, depression 2. Fatigue, stress 3. Relationship issues, performance anxiety, 4. Consumption of alcohol, tobacco etc 5you can take the following measures a) avoid stress, anxiety, depression b) avoid alcohol and tobacco consumption c) go for regular exercise d) lead a healthy living style e) practice relaxation technique by deep breathing exercise (take deep full breath for 5 seconds, hold it for 3 seconds, exhale slowly for 5 seconds). Do it for 5 minutes without breaking the rhythm. It controls arousals and tension that lead to early ejaculation. F) use condom to reduce sensation g) take foods to increase testosterone like eggs /asparagus/dark chocolate/carrots/oats/ashwagandha/avocado/blue berries/ banana/walnut/cereals/onion/garlic/almonds/bean/ mushroom h) consult sex therapist/sexologist for advice.

Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Premature ejaculation you can correlate when you started mastrrbation what was time and check current timing. You will find time to ejaculate might hv reduced significantly. u have to avoid porn and sex literature to stay from sexual arousal as sex thoughts at night time is a major cause of wet dreams.

Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Alpha-Coff and Glyzyrrhiza Glabra 1x - both thrice a day daily for 4 days. Try mixing half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of warm milk. You can also try turmeric powder and a teaspoon of honey for dry cough.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time 8.Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 1o.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor

Your bronchial tubes are responsible for delivering air to your lungs. When these tubes become inflamed, mucus can build up. The coughing and shortness of breath this causes is known as bronchitis. Acute bronchitis usually occurs due to a viral chest infection. Several types of viruses can cause it. Approximately 5 percent of adults report having acute bronchitis annually, and acute bronchitis is the ninth most common reason why adults visit their doctors. It’s important to distinguish acute bronchitis from chronic bronchitis. Acute bronchitis usually lasts less than 10 days. However, the coughing can continue for several weeks while the inflammation is clearing. Chronic bronchitis, on the other hand, can last for several weeks and usually comes back. This is more common in people with asthma or emphysema. Acute bronchitis is generally considered contagious. Common symptoms of acute bronchitis include: 1) cough, which may continue beyond 10 days and contain clear or colored mucus 2) shortness of breath 3) wheezing in chest 4) a low-grade fever or a high fever may be an indication of a secondary infection such as 5) pneumonia 6) chest pain 7) chest tightness 8) sore throat from persistent coughing please take these medication for 1 week, we might need to continue it for 2 weeks depending upon severity of complaints. 1)Gandhak rasayan vati 500 mg twice day 2)Laxmivilas ras 500 mg twice day 3)Shwaskuthar ras500 mg twice day. 4)Steaming for 15 mins daily. Well. No need to worry. Just a little dietary modifications and medicines will cure the problem. The main culprit uric acid is the result of break down of protiens and so avoiding food rich in protiens will make your body produce less uric acid. So avoid foods as soyabean, pulses except arhar and moong. Vegetables as spinach and cauliflower. Take febuxtat tab one daily for 30 days and do uric acid acid estimation and den revert back. Insha allah v will improve. For pain take hifinac od for a week and then when needed.

Yes your bp is high, get checked again. Reduce salt anyway. Salt in packed foods as salt is a preservative. Avoid excess salt as it leads to water retention and some swellings, and the bp will remain high despite good medicines. Get tested for heart also. Ecg and halter tests plus blood for sugar and lipids and get back here with reports. You will get more guidance from any of us here.

You have a problem with fear. The fear has to do with people and more so if they are people in authority. If you deal with that fear, then a lot of your stammering will stop. Talk to a counselor and sort that out. There will still be a residue affect left because of pure habit. This can be resolved by some exercises, which should begin with real earnest right away. Practice speaking aloud in a closed room, but this time, choose words for which your stammer is most. Also practice singing sentences but ending the last word as a statement that is read. Next time end with two words stated, then three words etc. The lip exercise: with tight pressure press and roll the tip of your tongue against the edge of your lips, clockwise first and then anticlockwise, as many times as you possibly can. Purse your lips into an ‘O’ and withdraw it back stretching it like when you say an ‘E’, several times a day. Drop your lower jaw and flip it left to right and right to left, as many times as you can to loosen it. Practice making a resonating sound by increasing and decreasing the volume within the same breath. Sing the vowels A, E, I, O, U stretching each vowel as much as you can.

Dear user. Please do not force. First time sex will include stress and general anxiety for anyone and therefore the expansion of vagina may not take place. Repeated trials and extended foreplay will help. Take care.

These symptoms are not related to pregnany as they will come after 1 month of the sex and you have not missed the period yet. For pain and bleeding you should take tablet meftal spas three times a day. This bleeding is because of hormonal changes, and not related to pregnancy. As you r already bleeding after the sex you can not be pregnant.
