Dengue is a mosquito bite fever originated. It causes sudden platelets deplition resulting into internal bleed, which is life threatning normally it is cured in 10--15 days with proper medications.

Hi. Common heart attack signs and symptoms include: Pressure, tightness, pain, or a squeezing or aching sensation in your chest or arms that may spread to your neck, jaw or back. Nausea, indigestion, heartburn or abdominal pain. Shortness of breath. Cold sweat. Fatigue. Lightheadedness or sudden dizziness. There could be other causes of chest pain at your age - may be related to bones/ muscles/ oesophagus/ lungs/ nerves. Need to rule out the cause first! Get thorogh check up done.

Your tremors are usually due to anxiety neurosis with vitamin b12 deficiency and also we should check your vital parameters of the body to rule out any other cause. As of now start with tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and vitamin d3 60000iu once a week for six months.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Resently I undergone a surgery of vericose veins of my left leg. Since then I won't take rice, potatos & sweets. Now my weight comes to 72kg from 77kg.I am a diabetic one having a normal blood sugar level of 148 0n pp & 97 on fasting. I am aged 59 years. Please advice accordingly.

Firstly, when did u undergo varicose veins surgery? Since walking or exercising is not contraindications so walking or any type of exercise will not only help to reduce weight but also give a better diabetic control. Furthermore, you have to continue dietary restriction of sweets and carbs.

Hairfall at your age is unusual just to check upon a few things. 1. Do you or anyone in your family have any thyroid disorder. 2. Did you suffer from any disease like malaria, typhoid or dengue in the last 6 months. 3. Did you do dieting in the last 6 months. 4. Is anyone else in your family having hairfall. If answer to any of these basic question is yes, then its better to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation. Sometimes anemia is a common cause for hairfall in your age. So get yourself investigated and get treated by a good dermatologist.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Hello Shahid, as you are a diabetic you should not put on weight and should stay in ideal weight and avoid obesity , Only take calories required under careful monitoring of blood glucose. Steroids are definitely harmful for diabetes

For hair fall solution, we have to stop causative factors like improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun spicey sour n salty food to much curd day sleep lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd use trichup shampoos & medicated oil avoid direct sun & air take proper diet we generally start 3 treatment together 1. Medicine for root cause & hair tonic 2. Shirodhara with medicated oil 3. Nashya tretment.

Height is usually always dominated by Genetics. How short are your parents? If you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you wont grow very much more...There are no amazing magic ways to get taller...Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get TONS of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching..Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height...take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water..

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Kali brom 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Berberis aquifolium q (10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

To remain healthy you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. Hello,you can take homoeopathic medicine Phosphorus 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for a week and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep.

Take one banana with each meal morning afternoon and at the time of dinner, take 200 ml milk at bed time if you are using non veg take it twice in a weeks, some ayurvedic medicine recomended to take it regularly Shatavari choorna 3gms with milk at bed time take plenty of water avoid water intake at the time of meal, a gap of 20-30 min for more query you may consult.
