I am 45 years old, between the bones of my knee cartilage was completely over and due to that the bones are touching each other and it is resulting in a massive pain is the operation only way to over come it?
I am underweight n had constant pain in lower back hand and feet. I was prescribed uprise d3 weekly supplements along with multivitamin n flaxseed oil capsules 1000 mg since I have pcod' pms. The day I took uprise d3 I had nausea and indigestion. I had to go to toilet 3 times. Next day I started taking flaxseed. I couldnt digest my dinner n threw up. I do suffer from IBS. Sciatica is often distinguished not as a medical condition but as a set of symptoms that underlie a more serious medical concern such as a slipped disc, degeneration of the spine or the lumbar region etc.
It is important to note the symptoms of Sciatica, as these are quite distinct -
1.Constant pain in one of the buttocks or leg (rarely are both legs affected)
2.The pain worsens on sitting

Burning sensation on my right hand left side of palm. Its been a year. I had a bike accident and heavy pain on both ankle joints of hands. Xray for left only and nerve test was taken for both hands and doctor said no nerve damage. I do have severe back pain while sitting for 1 hour continuously. While sitting in european closet for 15 mins my nerves from knee joint to feet start numbness. Its been 2 yrs. Xray was taken for leg joints and MRI too. But they said everything is ok.

A broken bone or a crack in the commonly known as a fracture. Any bone in the arm can be broken, but common areas for fractures in the arm is wrist, specifically the distal radius, forearm bones (radius and ulna), elbow, humerus and shoulder.
What causes fracture in bones?
- Fall: Falling an outstretched hand or elbow is the most common cause of a broken arm.
- Sports injuries: Direct blows and injuries on the field or court are a common cause of all types of arm fractures.
- Significant trauma: Any of your arm bones can break during a car accident, bike accident or other direct trauma.

How to identify?
