Everyday in the morning when I wake up my stomach pains and I feel like vomiting.

Stomach pain has various reason. Simple reasons are gastritis, indigestion. Reason may be diet and daily life style. Changing the diet and life style are most important. Type and location of pain can say the cause of pain or it can even give the diagnosis. Avoid spicy diet, irregular consumption of food, alcohol, smoking. Start with simple daily regimen like drinking 1-2glass of water early in morning in empty stomach. It helps in proper digestion.

Types Of Behavioral And Emotional Disorders In Children

Are you aware of behavioral and emotional disorders in children? During the developmental years of a child, constant growth and change are signified. This fact should be strictly kept in mind while dealing with behavioral and emotional disorders in children. Brain disorders like bipolar disorder, depression and anxiety disorders may affect any child during early childhood. The assistance of a mental health professional should be taken while dealing with these problems. On a global scale, almost 15% of children suffer from behavioral disorders. Among the different forms of behavioral disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) accounts for being one of the most common ones.

Here is a list of the different forms of behavioral and emotional disorders, which are observed in children:

  1. ADHD- This common mental disorder in children is more common in boys than in girls. Commonly, children affected with this disorder are unable to finish familiar tasks, plan or sit still. They may even lose awareness about what goes around them. ADHD-affected children may seem fine on some days, but on other days, they may experience disorganized and frenzied activities. This disorder may continue into adolescence and adulthood as well. There are several treatment options for ADHD, which may include medications, therapy and educational options.

  2. Autism- Children affected with autism seem to become indifferent, remote and isolated in a world of their own. They are unable to form emotional ties with other people or their peers. Autism is more likely to occur in boys than in girls. The condition may result in language delays, mental retardation, and in some cases, a child may suffer high functioning and usual speech and intelligence. This is because the brain of such children functions differently than others. Consistency is very important for managing autism in children.

  3. Bipolar Disorder- This disorder is most likely to begin in early childhood and it continues into adulthood. It is featured by extreme mood swings in the patient. A child may have extremely high or euphoric feelings, but his mood may turn into depression and sadness all of a sudden. This condition is a genetic illness, and it is often mistaken or misdiagnosed as ADHD.

  4. Anxiety- Anxiety disorders make children feel uneasy, distressed and unusually scared for no appropriate reason. Panic disorders, featured, by intense episodes of fear, which occur without any kind of provocation or signal are a common type of anxiety disorder. OCD or obsessive compulsive disorder, which is repetitive and compulsive in nature, is another type of anxiety disorder.

It is very important to treat and deal with children’s behavioral and emotional disorders at an early stage. Early diagnosis enables an early start of treatment, which prevents further degradation of the condition.

Sometimes I sleep more. What is the problem. I often get sleep. I sleep morning hours hours more than evening. I don't get sleep in night time. Even I get sleep afternoon after I had lunch. I can resist to sleep in class.

Madam posturing of neck is important while working. Continuous bending of the neck during work should be avoided. Relax inbetween apply diclogel ointment lightly, without rubbing 3 times per day for 5 days. After pain is better, you need to do neck exercises.

Constipation can make you miserable. Though medically defined as less than three stools a week or worse, daily bowel movement is essential to keep healthy and feel fresh. Caused by slow movement of food through the digestive tract, constipation can occur due to poor bowel habits, eating less fiber, medications, hormonal issues or some other disease. However, it can be easily fixed with fiber, fluids and frequent exercising. You can try these natural treatments to relieve your discomfort and keep it away:

1. Coconut Oil and Flaxseed - A great combination
Coconut oil is a wonderful hydrating agent and eases stools. Flaxseeds help in the elimination of toxins, excess fat and cholesterol from the body. So in one tablespoon of coconut oil, add half a teaspoon of flaxseeds, chew well and eat this every morning.

2. Harad or Terminalia Chebula Myrobalan - A Wonder Fruit

Please get your liver function tests done, if the enzyme values are normal there is no need to worry if not then you will have to immediately stop alcohol consumption. Even if values are normal it is better to stop alcohol intake.

Yes indeed you might be suffering from depression (evident from your description) first & foremost you must consult a psychiatrist or psychologist to get a proper diagnosis & getting started on treatment plan. Here are some of the generic steps to take care of depression 1 sleep at least 7 hrs every night 2 avoid daytime naps 3. Write a diary daily 4. Walk in morning sunlight at least 30 minutes each day 5 meditate daily. These are not substitute for proper treatment & are only meant as stop gap arrangement. Good luck.

Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.
