I think I am suffering from Erectile dysfunction from past some years. I think a lot about anything .so I was thinking may be stress and depression is the problem. But in the past I masturbate a lot 2-3 times a day. But from last 3 years I masturbate very less 3-4 times in a month but with less erected penis then the normal. Now I stopped masturbating fully from the last 2 months. So I want to know is it a serious condition or should I go for the medication I also want to know the reason behind that.

Dear Lybrate User, I understand. You seem to have mild anxiety due to the various issues you are facing. Remember to take a few deep breaths and normalize your breathing in these anxious situations. Concerning other people and their opinions, it is important to remember that the thoughts and actions of others are not in your control, however the way you react to them is. Build your self-confidence by choosing a task and breaking it down into smaller goals. This should eventually help achieve the big task easily. Here are a few effective communication tools you can use in conversations: - Make a plan of what you want to say beforehand. This way you have clarity. - Paraphrase what the speaker has said to ensure both of you are on the same page. Please consult privately for further help. Good Luck.

My Fiancee got diagnosed as Bilateral PCOD. Will this be a barrier for her to conceive?

My Fiancee got diagnosed as Bilateral PCOD. Will this be a barrier for her to conceive?
Hello, PCOS or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. The most common symptoms are: Acne. Weight gain and trouble losing weight. Extra hair on the face and body. Thinning hair or even hair loss on scalp. Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding. Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant (infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk Walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do. Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods. Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5 kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.

You have not stated properly how long the headache lasts each time it comes. If it's for only a few hours and goes away after sleep, it is likely to be a tension headache. He may be having stress due to study or problems in school or home. Drinking less water may also cause headache due to dehydration. Blocked nose, sinus infection and nasal allergy also may cause long standing headache. Migraine headache lasts longer, usually more than a day if untreated. Get him properly examined by your local pediatrician. He may need a CT Scan to diagnose if the problem is persistent and worsening.

Since you have pcod so there is a possibility that you might have conceived late, so fist get a beta hcg test done for confirmation of pregnancy. If it is positive then get a scan done after 10-15 days.

Hey lybrate-user, Having an intimate relationship has got nothing to do with the size but it's all about the thought. If you intend on having a good relationship with you better half you will. For the measurements you have mentioned I am sure you will be able to have a successful sexual relationship with your spouse. So rather than discouraging yourself with thoughts like this focus on keeping yourself healthy, have a well maintained diet and most importantly be ready and open to having a partner in your life, hope I helped, thanks.
