Dear Lybrate User, *With Lemon and Tomato : Tomato and Lemon have Vitamin C and bleaching properties. Make a paste with half tomato, slice of lemon, pinch of turmeric and green gram flour mixed in enough water. Wash very gently under the eyes with this paste by using tip of your ring finger to massage under the eyes. *With Almonds : Mix 1 spoon of almonds paste with fresh milk and apply under the eyes. Place a cucumber slice on them, close your eyes and leave for 15 minutes. *Wash with cool water while handling the under eye area gently. *You can also massage gently with Almond oil using tip of your ring finger before sleep.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Dear lybrate user massage with mahanarayan oil making it little warm over both kness daily. Rap the knees with knee caps while on rest period about 30mnts it reduces the pain.

Hello, You want to say scar marks are there and you want to get rid of them? Apply Homoeopathic medicine ? Thiosinaminum Q few drops mixed in a glycerin solution on scars that are visible (as it is less greasy, so is more easily absorbed into the skin. Hello,There are two types of Diabetes Type 1 and type 2.causes including the followiing:- Type 1 diabetes is caused by the immune system destroying the cells in the pancreas that make insulin. This is called an autoimmune reaction, or autoimmune cause, because the body is attacking itself. There is no specific diabetes causes, but the following triggers may be involved: Viral or bacterial infection Chemical toxins within food Unidentified component causing autoimmune reaction Underlying genetic disposition may also be a type 1 diabetes cause. **Type 2 diabetes causes are usually multifactorial - more than one diabetes cause is involved. Often, the most overwhelming factor is a family history of type 2 diabetes. This is the most likely type 2 diabetes cause. There are a variety of risk factors for type 2 diabetes, any or all of which increase the chances of developing the condition. These include: Obesity Living a sedentary lifestyle Increasing age Bad diet Type 2 Diabetes is more harmful than type 1 Diabetes.

If you are doing masterbataion than stop it and increase your diet. Always clean your ganital parts and avoid High spice and fat. use lots of fluids and fiber rice diet.

Hello Lybrate user, I would suggest you to follow a diet rich in fibre (oats, dalia, multigrain bread, fruits, salad, vegetables) and along with this take proteins (1 gm per kg body weight per day) and drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day digest protein and fibre. Also I would want you to avoid fried, saturated fats, junk foods and also limit the intake of salt and along with this try to avoid salt after 7 pm in the eve, you can have a glass of hot milk before you go to sleep will help increase your metabolism and help you in weight loss. You need to improve on your immunity. Eat nutrient dense food and good amount of proteins to increase your immunity. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Walk at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Take - healthy food, more liquids, proper rest, daily eat fresh fruits, dry fruits, black dates, daily 1-2 bananas, keep cows ghee in diet, take milk daily. Avoid oily, spicy ,fast, bakery foods, avoid excessive salt intake, dry foods, chilled water avoid food/water kept in fridge avoid excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks, hot drinks avoid tobacco, smoking,alcohol etc. If any of these addiction. Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. If the dull skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter!

4 exercises to strengthen your knees

Knee pains and pains in the joints are not restricted to a certain age group anymore. Younger people of today face this problem too. To stay active all your life and escape the severe aches associated with weakening of muscles, joint pains or arthritis, you must start now. The only way to keep your knees fine and working is to exercise.
4 moves that help you strengthen your knees.
1. Leg lifts (inner thigh) - lie on any one side, lay your head on the arm of the side below you. Make sure this hand is straight above your head, touching the ground. Keep your legs straight, one above the other. Lift the leg on top a few inches above, hold for few seconds and bring it back. Do this for 10 times and then with the other leg, on the other side. This exercise strengthens your inner thighs, eventually strengthening the knees.
2. Hip raises: lie flat on your back, your shoulders touching the ground. Bend your legs comfortable, your feet resting firmly on the ground. Raise your hips and thighs so that from your head to feet, you form an angle. Wait in this position for about 10 seconds, lower your hip until it touches the ground. Repeat for ten counts.
3. Lunges: stand straight. Take a step ahead with your right leg. Left leg remains in its place. With your back straight, bend your knees so that both are at 90 degrees. Go back to standing position; take your right leg back to where it was. Do the same step with your left leg. Repeat both sides ten times.
4. Bent leg extensions: this is pretty easy and all that you need to do it sit on a chair comfortably, with your back straight first. Your feet firmly flat on the ground in front of you, lift the right leg straight extending to the front. Make sure your thighs stay on the chair. Bring your leg back to the original position, firmly planted on the ground. Do the same with your left leg. Repeat 10 times on both sides.

Look for the cause of frequent sore throat infections. Take precautions against cold. Take no pickle, no chuteny, no ice cream, no gol gappas no smoking & no iced drinks. Get a throat swab culture done.

• Eat a healthy, balanced diet and avoid eating strongly flavoured or spicy food. • Cut down on sugary food and drink, as it can increase the amount of bacteria in your mouth. • Reduce your alcohol consumption. • Stop smoking. • Cut down on coffee. • Drink plenty of water to help prevent your mouth becoming dry. • Chew sugar-free gum after eating, to stimulate the flow of saliva. This will help clean away any remaining food particles. • Don't use toothpaste to clean your dentures, as it can scratch the surface and cause stains. • Clean your dentures thoroughly using soap and lukewarm water, denture cream or a denture-cleaning tablet. • Use a separate toothbrush to clean your dentures. • Make sure you visit your dentist for regular check-ups. Having regular dental check-ups will ensure that any plaque is removed from your teeth, particularly in areas that are difficult to reach. • Your dentist can recommend the best way to clean your teeth and gums, and point out areas you might be missing. They can also identify any signs of gum disease and ensure early treatment. • Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. • If your bad breath is caused by a gastrointestinal problem, such as an H. pylori infection or gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD), you may be referred to a gastroenterologist. • Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. • You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then.
