I have problem with my skin, its very oily. Tell me some home remedies to deal with the oiliness.
DEAR Lybrate USER. A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of black cumin seeds on face with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 10 gm of FENNEL SEEDS along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…C) take 30 ml of TULSI juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of water, early in the morning, on empty stomach. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

Dear lybrate user, There are so many reasons of whitening of hair like sinus , use of different shampoos, colouring of hair. It will be better if you may send the detail history about you. Meanwhile you may take coconut oil and six to 10 pcs of dry Amla. Boil it till it's colour changes. Let it be cool. Apply twice in a week .

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Vitamin H - Did You Know How Important It Is?

Vitamins are literally translated to vita and amins, which are important ingredients for overall good health. They are required in minor quantities and are therefore part of the list of micronutrients. Vitamin H is actually a part of the vitamin B complex, and is also the vitamin B7. It is known as vitamin H given the German word for Haar and Haut, which stands for hair and skin. In fact, this vitamin is most beneficial for the good health of hair and skin. Functions:

  1. It is manufactured by the gut bacteria and is essential for normal body growth and development.

Pregnacy doesn't occur if you have sex within 7 days after starting of periods. So, Ipill was actually not required. There are no chances of pregnancy in your case. Your periods might get disturbed due to chance in hormones because of Ipill.

Magar mai spect pehen raha hu to mujhe chakkar araha hai maine 1 hafte tak spect lagaya magar mere sir k bharipan me fark nai aya kuch bhi ct brain normal hai aur ct pns me sinus bataya maine bohot ilaj karwaya specialist k pas bhi gaya mai magar kuch nai hua mujhe yeh jannna hai kya yeh mere number k wajahse sir me bharipan hai ya mujhe koi aur problem hai please help me agar number k wajahse hai to mai kitne samay k liye specx pehenunga to mera sir ka bharipan jayga.

Dear friend don't worry please sleep early and wake up early go for morning walk in fresh air and greenery do some breathing exercises like pranayam do some light exercise daily avoid direct air to face give rest to your brain by sitting calmly for 5 to 10 minutes 2 to 3 times a day take tab prothiaden 15 1 at nt tab dynapar 5 1 sos for headache keep your self relaxed take vicks inhalation thrice a day re consult me on lybrate after 5 days for further advice.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

I hope this message finds you in good health. To prevent hair fall, you can follow some simple steps as listed below: 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea.
