No. It is a myth. Juces are not that useful, instead their sugars may harm you. Eat fresh fruits only and that is also on the morning breakfast time.

5ft 6 inches and 65 kg constitutes a bmi of 23.3 which is not obese. So medically there is no need to reduce weight drastically. Yes but you need to control your diet and have a proper exercise regimen to remain healthy. Drink lot of water, cut down on binge eating carbohydrate rich foods and you will be just fine.

It is due to lack of sound sleep and relaxation of brain. Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: Going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: You should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Taking a good and properly nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy and help your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. Ensure that your room has mild or dim lighting or darkness if you prefer: The level of light also matters at the time of your sleep. You should definitely make sure that there is a very minimal level of light or darkness around you when you try to sleep. This should be done because the lesser is the light, the more comfortable you are while sleeping. Additionally, the sleep that you will get in a dark room will also be sound and undistorted as it helps keep all the sensory organs calm. 4). Do some relaxing activities before bedtime: Depending on your choice, you should follow simple techniques of relaxation in order to calm down the brain before sleep. Like mediation, Yoga or- deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxing activity, visualizing a peaceful setting/ scenario like a calm garden or beach or mountain area. These activities are just guidelines and you can do anything that helps you to get a relaxing mood and sleep. 5). Avoid daytime naps if you can , But Having short naps of less than one hour is absolutely okay if you are excessively tired during the day or you did not have a sound sleep the previous night. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) Regular exercise: Exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. Light to mild exercises also helps cure sleep disorders like insomnia.

powder milk donor need any vitamin&minwral supplement.you. have not mentioned bottle or small glass or better spoon feed.I generally advise these children to feed by spoon.a nd by 5 months you reduce frequency to four feeds a day at six hours. add cereals based thin soup by cup and spoon particularly when adults are eating food.this will help in weaning the child at early age with maintaining health.

To reduce belly you have to do abdomen crunches & other abdomen exercises. Also cut down extra carbohydrates from your diet & increase protein intake.

Your heart rate is within normal limit. BP is high, so start lifestyle measures 1) Daily 45 mins of brisk walking 2) Eating healthy, avoid fried, sugary and food containing too much salt. 3) Quit smoking and drinking if you do. 4) Get your BP evaluated after 4 weeks if still high, consult a cardiologist for medication and evaluation.

Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. My husband drinks a lot and I am not able to control this. His drinking habit is increasing day by day, he also chews masala and smoking is his another New habit. I have tried everything to convince him to quit all this but nothing worthy. He himself doesn't want to stop this, he promises he will quit but he is drunk the same day. Please help me with this. Hi, I know this is distressing. First I wish to inform you that drinking for your husband is NOT a habit. It is an addiction and medical science classifies this as a medical disorder. Do's and don'ts for you: Please don't plead him or make him promise not to drink. It is like pleading a patient of TB to stop coughing. Your entreaties make him feel guilty and the depressed feeling is compensated by drinking again. Masala and smoking are their lame efforts at hiding from you that he is drunk. What then should I do? The best solution so far that I have found is to take help of AlAnon. This is complimentary support group of the world famous AA. AA stands for Alcoholics Anonymous. It is a support group that is spread all over the world. Every city and suburb has a group that quietly gathers on one day. Al Anon is for the spouse of person who has the medical condition of Alcohol dependence. In AlAnon you will get to meet women whose husbands had been alcoholics, but have now quit. These women guide you how you should face this problem and they guide you on how to help your husband quit drinking. The other option, which doesn't work well is to have your husband admitted in hospital under a psychiatrist who will put him under a deaddiction treatment regime. Get help from AA, AlAnon or psychiatrist. That is the way to help your husband and your family. You will require courage and perseverance. My best wishes to you for strength, wisdom and God's luck. Homeopathy is a highly effective and safe system of medicine not only for would-be and expectant mothers but also for babies and children as well. Homeopathic treatment can prepare the would-be mothers body for a healthy start for the foetus. It is easy to administer and is devoid of any harmful side effects. This is the main reason for which women turn to homeopathy when morning sickness, cramps etc affects them in pre-natal period. Moreover the medicines have no nasty taste and easily acceptable to mothers and babies alike. Homeopathy works by stimulating the immune system, resolving problems from within. Homeopathy can provide useful help:

  1. Before conception
  2. During pregnancy (anti natal period)
  3. During childbirth (delivery time)
  4. After childbirth (post natal period)

Before conception

The best preparation for a healthy pregnancy and childbirth is before the woman has conceived. Inability to conceive or other difficulties in conceiving are more or less because of some hormonal imbalance. This can often be helped by homeopathy. Tendency to early miscarriage or abortion also has underlying hormonal imbalance and here constitutional homeopathic treatment can make a big difference.
