Firstly weight gain is majorly dependent on your metabolism and genetics play a definite role too. You have to be patient and give your body time to gain a healthy body weight. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

My body weight is not much for my hight. My hight is 5 ft 11 inch.& my weight is 60 kg. How can I increases my body weight?

Include more proteins in your diet. Pulses, sprouts, milk, cottage cheese/panner, are rich in protein. But work out is the best option and the most effective option. But it weight gain or weight loss there is no escaping work out.

Berberis aq. Q / 10 drops in little water thrice a day for two weeks. Take plenty of water or liquid diet. Revert back after two weeks with feedback.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Do regular exercise.Maintain a healthy weight.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Eat small amount of food frequently.Eat 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals.Take watery vegetables,whole fruits.No underground vegetables,banana,pumpkin.Use small amount of healthy fats in cooking.Take protein rich foods extra to control diabetes.You can use fenugreek seeds with 1/2 cup water on an empty stomach in the morning.These are basic but for more details to control sugar levels consult me privately on Lybrate.

To remove pimples and all natural mask are better than artificial products available in the market. You can apply mask from fruit pulps like papita, watermelon or vegetables like boiled potato or tomato or cucumber can applied daily on face. For removal of dead skin and thus dark spots you can use scrub made from coarse wheat flour and honey and lemon and turmeric powder and milk mixed together and apply remove after 10 mins by massaging with hands and then wash with water. Repeat twice a week.

Correct irregular eating sleeping patterns first avoid cold drinks freeze stored food basi food virrudha food like miokshakes fruitsalads paneer etc 1/2 strength exercise in morning is best way for lossing extra fat avoid overeating and frequently eatings avoid drinking of two much water at a time or too much water after just after meals for more details consult privetly.

You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

The eruption of pimples, black marks and oily skin/ face are due to excessive sebum secreted by sebaceous glands and hair follicles especially on the face.. Precautions- * Don't scratch or pinch your pimples This will cause more damage and scars. . * Avoid fried and oily foods. * Prefer fruits and green vegetables. * When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. Dear to decrease your fat from belly you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Yes. *don't worry *keep happy thoughts in mind alway *go for yogas and pranayamas daily *wash face daily 8-9 times with warm water *eat green leafy vegetables and fruits **avoid stress avoid smoking and alcohol consumption *go for ayurvedic medicines and oils for massage which give excellent results

My hair is curly and it frizzy and I have grown little bit longer it looks shabby unmanageable and it forms a twisted crooked hair structure it also form very small round structure from where it starts to bend pls suggest any medication. Hair Is very thin my scalp can be seen easily.

Start using aloevera shampoo for hair wash and apply hair mask...... Take 1 banana and mix with2 2 tsp of curd and apply it on hair. Wash after 20 mins.Use it daily and don't forget to condition your hair with an ayurvedic hair conditioner.

Hi take moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein, low fat diet. Take a cup of green tea in the morning and evening. Avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also do not take creamed milk rather take skimmed milk. Eat less chapatis, less rice, more pulses and pulses products, fresh fruits and vegetables. Must take exercises daily.

My skin is very oily.
