Sir, myself I am a footballer that's why I do physical work to develop my game as I run 10-12 rounds even more daily of a field of 500 metres, a lot of stretching, 5 times sprint of 100m n a lot of many other exercises in the morning. Including push-ups, sit-ups n so on. N in evening I play game of 1 to 2 hours but my stamina is not improving at this speed according to my hard work, I also taking good diet according to me.
