To boost protein intake, choose nuts over oil and wheat over rice. To increase iron absorption, include vitamin c rich foods like oranges, peppers, broccoli and cauliflower.

Psychiatric medicine always not good for small problems. It has some side effects. For anxiety and depressive better to take psychological counselling. You need behaviour modification therapy. Psychologist will helpful to improve your life style management. It has no side effects. Any medicine it has some side effects. It is better to control ourselves. At this age it is not good to use medicine. It is better to pratice yoga and meditation. Be share all your internal feelings and problems with your close friends and family members. Do not be alone. Be spend most of the time with your friends and family members. Do not think too much about the psychological disorders. Feel always comfortable. Give positive suggestion to your mind. Be feel always in a happy movements. Visit new places. Better to walk. Take good rest. Take in time food. It is better to develop a very good busy life style. Each body is different. You should not compare your body/ muscles with others. Aim is to be strong and fit. Be confident of yourself. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Take sprouts daily. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. Go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods. Eat healthy No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

There are muscles in our pelvis which controls our passage of stools and urine. Contraction of this muscles prevent leaking stools in case of diarrhea. These same muscles when tightened up by regular repeated exercise can give a better sexual feeling. You can tighten your pelvis muscles just like we do to prevent stools from leaking in diarrhea. YouTube videos are there to assist you. Once you get accustomed to it, try increasing the duration and number of such exercise.

Keep cows ghee in diet, massage your hairs with medicated oil regularly, do regular exercise, take proper diet, milk,cows ghee in regularly, fresh fruits, dry fruits, green vegetables, protein rich food, proper sleep, take proper care of hairs during travelling, avoid late night work, overexertion,excessive shampoo, hair conditioners, tea, coffee,cold drinks, chilled water, foods kept in friedge, fast food, bakery food, salty food, hot drinks, oily,spicy ,outside foods. Dust allergy is partly genetic and partly environmental. Thus it never goes away. With better ,less dusty environment  the extent if the problem gets reduced. Medicines help to downregulate the immune response of your body to these environmental allergens. Long term lifestyle  changes with gradually tapering medication  helps to tackle chronic sinus problems.  Start taking Steam inhalation twice a day. *For chronic allergic rhinosinusitis you will need to take a long term course of antibiotics  together  with Nasal sprays.*You will need to avoid dusty environment  and dust mites, animal dander etc. Regular cleaning of AC air filters. Wearing mask while driving 2 wheelers/working in dusty  areas Medical  management  is done for 3 months and then patients  condition is reviewed.  Intermittent treatment is not beneficial  in the long run. Muscle Dystrophy - How Ayurvedic Remedies Can Help in Curing it?

Muscular dystrophy is a rare disorder which results in the atrophy or degeneration of muscles. This happens as the proteins required by the body to build and maintain muscles are not produced within the body in a normal manner. Muscular dystrophy mostly affects boys and develops in early adolescence although it can affect people much younger or much later in life. Ayurveda has some great treatments which can allay the symptoms and provide relief to patients afflicted with this disease.

Treatment for Muscle dystrophy in Ayurveda
With a degenerative disease like Muscle dystrophy, simple medication won’t be able to cure or relieve symptoms. Even with conventional medicines muscle dystrophy can’t be cured, but the symptoms can be reduced. Ayurveda takes a holistic approach to correcting the problems which include oral medications, food as well as exercises in the form of yoga.

Herbs

Herbs are a great way to put certain minerals within the body, which can help lessen the pain and symptoms. Some of the herbs which have been known to be effective in reducing pain and also helping with movement and day to day activities may include:

  1. Triphala
  2. Mansrohini

Hello, Do you mean one sided Headache if yes kindly follow advice's given below you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management. Hi… here I mention few simple things which gives you good result in a short period, 1) avoid coffee and tea, 2) try to sleep prior to 10.30 pm, 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods, A) take 30 ml of RUBYCLIN liquid and 2-2 tablets of roupyayukta-tapyadi-loha and panchtikta-ghruta-guggul vati after meals…do all these things for 15 days. Hi 1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, 2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, 3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, 4) take 1 tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meals, gives you good result, thanks.
