DANDRUF Hello. Your scalp has to be examined to know whether it is dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis. Dandruff can come back again and again. Use anti dandruff shampoos to keep it under check. Hair fall in males can be genetic and due to androgens. Certain lotions can control it. Visit a dermatologist for your recurring dandruff and hair loss

Sea vegetables - if you have a thyroid issue sea vegetables are highly recommended for an underactive thyroid. An underactive thyroid can cause thinning of the hair and even the eyebrows. These sea vegetables include kelp, nori, and dulse (see the link below for the amazing health benefits of sea vegetables, also known as seaweed). If you east sushi it is often wrapped with nori. It is also sold in dried forms and can easily be sprinkled over foods. Add them several times per week. They are also sold in supplement form. Sea vegetables have been determined to be far more beneficial than food grown on land.

You need not worry about it. For headache: sleep with legs raised up from waist against the wall making 90 degree angle for 10 mins. This will instantly relieve your headache temporarily. It might be migraine. Please consult for permanent cure.

How patchy beards problem solution can be done? Can solution of this problem is possible or not?

How patchy beards problem solution can be done? Can solution of this problem is possible or not?
One is that the cheek area has significantly weaker blood flow than the area of the upper lip and chin, this means that over time less nutrients and beard growing hormones (testosterone and DHT) make it to the cheek area, resulting in beard patches and thin facial hair on that area.Use a cream or moisturizer with eucalyptus. Products with eucalyptus are useful in helping hair grow more quickly on your face. Remove any flaky or dry skin. Moisturized skin creates a better environment for facial hair to grow quickly, which will encourage beard development.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Badiaga 200, Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Anti-Dandruff shampoo and Anti-Dandruff oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

I have unwanted hair on my hands and face. Iam very worried. What treatment should I take?

I have unwanted hair on my hands and face. Iam very worried. What treatment should I take?
Hello, there are different types of laser therapies available in the market for hair removal. It beams highly concentrated light into hair follicles. Pigment in the follicles absorb the light. That destroys the hair. Lasers are useful for removing unwanted hair from the face, leg, arm, underarm, bikini line, and other areas. Lasers can selectively target dark, coarse hairs while leaving the surrounding skin undamaged. Small areas such as the upper lip can be treated in less than a minute, and large areas, such as the back or legs, may take up to an hour. Most patients have permanent hair loss after an average of three to seven sessions. And later in few cases, maintenance sittings are also needed in future.

Regular cleansing, de tanning and using face mask twice a week helps retain the skin radiance. Use garnier white glow before sleeping.
