आंत हमारे शरीर का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा हैं. हम जो भी खाते हैं वो पचने के बाद हमारे आंतों से होकर ही गुजरता है. हमारे पचे हुए भोजन का अंतिम हिस्सा आंत में अवशिष्ट पदार्थ के रूप में तब तक जमा रहता हैं जब तक उसे मल के रूप में शरीर से निकाल नहीं दिया जाता. यही कारण है कि आंतों का स्‍वस्‍थ होना बेहद आवश्यक है. अब तक आप ये समझ ही चुके होंगे कि हमारे शरीर में आंत आहार नली का ही एक भाग है जो कि पेट से गुदा तक फैली होती है. इसलिए इसके अस्‍वस्‍थ होने का सीधा असर हमारे स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य पर पड़ता है. आँतों को स्वस्थ रखने के लिए आइए इस लेख के माध्यम से आँतों की कमजोरी को दूर करने के कुछ तरीकों को जानें.

क्या है इसके कमजोरी का कारण?

जो व्यक्ति अपने दिनचर्या में सुस्ती भरा जीवन व्यतीत करता है उसके आंत के खराब होने की संभावना अधिक रहती है. लेकिन यदि आप नियमित रूप से योग व व्यायाम करेंगे तो आपके पाचनतंत्र की समस्या आपसे मीलों दूर रहती है. कुछ समय के लिए शाम और सुबह टहलना बेहद फायदेमंद होता है. आंतों को दुरुस्‍त रखने के लिए कम से कम 20 मिनट हर दिन किसी जोरदार तरीके को चुनकर

व्यायाम करें.

फाइबर युक्त खाद्यपदार्थ
वसायुक्त और संसाधित खाद्य पदार्थो से दूर रहें, ये कब्ज और अन्य पाचन समस्याओं को जन्‍म देती हैं. इसलिए इसे कम और फाइबर युक्त संतुलित खाद्य पदार्थों को अपने आहार में शामिल करें. सब्जियां, फल, अनाज और नट्स में मौजूद फाइबर आपकी आंतों को ठीक प्रकार से कार्य करने में मदद करता हैं, लेकिन फिटनेस बार और जूस ड्रिंक्‍स की तरह अपेक्षाकृत स्वस्थ नाश्ते आंतों के कार्य में बाधा उत्‍पन्‍न करते हैं.

पानी की पर्याप्त मात्रा

अगर आप फाइबर की अधिक मात्रा में लेते हैं, और इसके साथ पर्याप्‍त पानी नहीं पीते हैं तो आपकी आंतों को नुकसान हो सकता है. इसलिए इन स्‍वस्‍थ अनाज और सब्जियों के साथ पानी की उचित मात्रा लेना कभी नहीं भूलना चाहिए.

विषाक्त पदार्थों को बाहर निकालना

नियमित रूप से खाओ, लेकिन लगातार नहीं

हर समय खाते रहने की आदत आंतों के स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य के लिए अच्‍छी नहीं होती है. क्‍योंकि आंतों को साफ, बैक्‍टीरिया और अपशिष्ट मुक्त करने के लिए, पाचन को आराम देने की जरूरत होती है. हर दो घंटे के बाद कुछ मिनट के लिए आपकी आंतें, मौजूद चिकनी मसल्‍स पाचन तंत्र के माध्‍यम से बैक्‍टीरिया और अपशिष्‍ट को बाहर निकालती है. लेकिन खाते समय यह प्रक्रिया रूक जाती है. इसलिए आंतों को स्‍वस्‍थ रखने के लिए दो भोजन के बीच थोड़ा सा अंतराल होना जरूरी होता है.

यौन इच्‍छा आदमी की जरूरत है और मनोविकार उसमें बाधा। व्‍यक्तित्‍व विकार यानी कि पर्सनालिटी डिसार्डर ऐसी बीमारी है जिसमें आदमी अपनी शख्सियत भूल जाता है। इसमें आदमी अपने व्‍यक्तिगत संबंधों को लेकर बहुत ही अनिश्चित हो जाता है। इस बीमारी से ग्रस्‍त लोग अपनी फीलिंग्‍स पर काबू नही रख पाते हैं। बीपीडी से ग्रस्‍त व्‍यक्ति में सेक्‍स को लेकर इस प्रकार के कुछ लक्षण दिखाई देते हैं। सेक्‍स संबंध बनाते वक्‍त ज्‍यादा एक्‍साइटेड होना, ज्‍यादातर अलग-अलग पार्टनर के साथ यौन संबंध बनाना, कई दिनों तक यौन संबंध बनाने की इच्‍छा न होना, अजनबियों से शारीरिक संबंध बनाना, रेप का शिकार होना आदि।
पर्सनालिटी डिसॉर्डर होने पर ऐसा भी हो सकता है कि आदमी के अंदर यौन संवेदनायें पैदा ही न हों और ऐसी स्थिति भी आ सकती है वह बार-बार सेक्‍स संबंध बनाने की इच्‍छा जताये । आइए हम आपको बताते हैं कि पर्सनालिटी डिसॉर्डर और सेक्‍स एक-दूसरे को कितना प्रभावित करते हैं ।
यह एक दिमागी बीमारी है जिसमें आदमी सोचने और समझने की शक्ति खो देता है । सामान्‍य शब्‍दों में कहा जाये तो व्‍यक्तित्‍व विकार ऐसा रोग है जिसमें आदमी सामान्‍य स्थितियों में भी बेतुकी बहस करता है ।
दूसरे की बातें गलत लगती हैं और आदमी अपनी बात को मनवाने की कोशिश करता है। व्यक्तित्व विकार का पता अक्सर भावनात्मक प्रतिक्रियाओं से लगाया जा सकता है। व्यक्ति की भावनात्मक तरीके में प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त करने की प्रवृत्ति अलग होती है।
व्‍यक्तित्‍व विकार से ग्रस्‍त आदमी अपनी भावनाओं पर काबू नही रख पाता है। सार्वजनिक जगहों पर इंटीमेसी दिखाने में भी उसे कोई दिक्‍कत नही होती है।
ऐसे लोग बड़ी जल्‍दी सेक्‍सुअल पार्टनर भी ढूंढ़ लेते हैं। अक्‍सर इस बीमारी से ग्रस्‍त लोगों के सेक्‍सुअल पार्टनर अलग-अलग होते हैं।
इस बीमारी से ग्रस्‍त लोग एक महिला या पुरुष के साथ यौन संपर्क बनाने से बचते हैं। ऐसे लोग एक पार्टनर के ज्‍यादा करीब भी आने की कोशिश नही करते हैं।
ऐसे लोगों को सेक्‍स आकर्षित नही कर पाता है । इस बीमारी से ग्रस्‍त लोग कई दिनों तक सेक्‍स संबंध भी नही बनाते हैं।
ऐसे लोग यौन इच्‍छा की पूर्ति के लिए ज्‍यादातर अजनबियों के प्रति आकर्षित होते हैं । महिलायें हर बार नए पार्टनर की तलाश करती हैं।
बार-बार एक जैसा माहौल और पुराने लागों की संगत से दूर भागते हैं। पुरानी जगहों पर बार-बार जाने से बचते हैं ।
व्‍यक्तित्‍व विकार से ग्रस्‍त लोग एकांत गतिविधियों में लिप्‍त रहना पसंद करते हैं। लोगों के संपर्क में आने से कतराते हैं और मेलजोल करने से बचते हैं।
इस बीमारी से ग्रस्‍त आदमी को सेक्‍स क्रियायें उत्‍तेजित नही करती हैं क्‍योंकि दिमाग काम करना बंद कर देता है और यौन संकेतों को समझने में दिक्‍कत होती है।
बॉर्डरलाइन पर्सनालिटी से ग्रस्‍त लोग यौन संबंध बनाते वक्‍त अचानक ज्‍यादा एग्रेसिव हो सकते हैं और पार्टनर का रेप भी कर सकते हैं।
व्‍यक्तित्‍व विकार से ग्रस्‍त महिलायें अक्‍सर किसी अजनबी आदमी से रेप का शिकार होती हैं क्‍योंकि वो अपनी भावनाओं को काबू नही कर पाती और अनजान व्‍यक्ति यौन संबंध बना लेती हैं।
ऐसे लोग होमोसेक्‍सुअल गतिविधियों में भी लिप्‍त रहते हैं। ऐसी स्थिति महिलाओं में ज्‍यादा देखी जाती है। महिलायें पुरुषों की तुलना में महिलाओं के साथ यौन संबंध बनाती है 
बॉर्डरलाइन पर्सनालिटी से ग्रस्‍त लोग रिश्‍तों को ज्‍यादा दिनों तक बनाये रखने में सफल नही होते हैं। मानसिक विकार के कारण ऐसे लोगों में अलगाव बहुत जल्‍दी हो जाता है। पुरुषों की तुलना में महिलायें इस बीमारी का ज्‍यादा शिकार होती हैं ।

Premature ejaculation (also known as early discharge or quick orgasm, early fall, Shigra-patan) is one of the most frequent, of sexual disorders in the male and is characterized by sudden ejaculation of the semen, just prior to or immediately after vaginal penetration during intercourse (before one wishes or before he could satisfy the female partner). Approximately 10% to 30% people of all age group suffer with quick semen discharge. Premature or 'before time' in other words, is a condition where the man has no voluntary control over his ejaculation. He is quick on the trigger once he starts the coitus. This is a very frustrating disorders of male sexual function in which man feels totally helpless. This leads to bitterness in husbands & wife relationships. For the man, lack of control of his body functioning leaves him feeling unsure of himself. His pleasure is often decreased by the abrupt early discharge. Eventually his preoccupation with trying to postpone ejaculation will hinder his ability enjoy himself to sexual pleasure. When a man is, feeling inadequate, and ejaculating fast, the woman will probably be left unsatisfied. Her frustration will only increase the negative pattern. This is an easily treatable condition.

Diabulimia is a type of eating disorder in which patients of Type 1 diabetes take less amount of insulin purposely, in order to lose weight. These patients have excessive concerns related to body weight and body shape, and a disturbed body image emerges (regarding oneself overweight despite a normal or reduced body weight). These patients attribute too much importance to body weight and body shape and fear of gaining weight. 

Our body requires insulin for moving glucose from the blood to the cells. In type 1 diabetes patients, the pancreas stop producing insulin and glucose gets stored in our bloodstream. Kidney excretes excess glucose leading to increased urination. The body gets devoid of glucose and the calories associated with it and a rapid loss of weight occur.  Once the patient is started on insulin they develop weight gain. Patient with disturbed body image stops insulin in order to lose weight. Patients develop binge eating,  with more emphasis on sugar and carbohydrate enriched foods. The excess sugar gets out of the body by urinating.
Symptoms including excessive thirst, increased water intake, increased urination, and weakness are observed in the early period, irreversible findings including neuropathy, retinopathy, nephropathy, and osteoporosis, which occur in poorly controlled diabetics, are observed in the long term. It has been proven by research that almost 30% of type 1 diabetes patients are the ones who abstain from or avoid using insulin in order to lose weight. This habit leads to the risk of many other fatal diseases which may be permanent in nature.

Prevention

Diabulimia is more common among teenage girls who suffer from type 1 diabetes and are generally obsessed with body image. Proper patient education can help a lot in these patients.  It is advised not to neglect your insulin.

While reinitiating contact may be as simple as holding the other’s hand, many people do not do this as they feel their partner should be the one to do so. Intimacy does not only equate to sexual intimacy, but can even simply be looking into one’s partners eyes with love. 

Laughter is said to be the best medicine, and this happens to be true in the case of a marriage, as well. It has been found that couples who laugh about their past experiences are happier and get along a lot more amicably than those who do not. Recalling together where the couple first met and started seeing each other also has a positive impact as it makes both partners feel valued and thankful about what they have. 

Below, are tips that don’t require much—if any—money, time or even hard work! 

  1. Engage in a new activity with your partner. Doing novel activities with your partner enables you to re-experience the original emotional state at the beginning of your marriage. In other words, trying something new sparks excitement, producing passion. You can do anything from deep-sea fishing to salsa dancing to hiking a mountain to eating at a different restaurant. 
  2. Add the element of mystery or surprise. Both mystery and surprise also mimic the emotional state of a new romance. But it doesn’t mean whisking your wife away to the Mediterranean or surprising your husband with expensive dinners. Here, little gestures also go a long way. Examples include, surprising your wife at work and whisking her away for lunch, or sending a greeting card in the mail. 
  3. Do something that kicks up your adrenaline and arousal. Young marriages start out with an adrenaline rush. Your heart races, you get giddy, you’re alert, awake and excited. Arousal-generating activities can include exercising, going on a vigorous hike, and even watching a scary movie. So it’s almost like fooling your brain that the arousal produced to this scary movie (or any other arousing activity) is really due to your marriage, and this helps to perk up the passion. 
  4. Take a mini-vacation — just the two of you. Get out of the house for at least one night and two days, somewhere that interests both of you and creates new memories together. You don’t have to go far from home or spend a lot of money. The key is to spend quality time together away from home. Studies show that for women, in particular, getting away is important. They feel more passionate when they’re away from the pressures of their lives. At home, women have a tough time compartmentalizing things. They’re thinking about the laundry, lunch, paying the bills, cleaning the house, and checking things off their mental to-do list. 
  5. Touch more often. Touch produces arousal, comfort and support both physiologically and psychologically, and it doesn’t have to be much of a touch. Holding hands on a walk, making sure you give a hug or kiss or embrace daily reminds you that you’re physiologically bonded.
