Asked for male, 3 years
Get his hearing and ent check done. If he can't hear well his speech will be affected.
Also YouTube and mobile phones are best avoided in all children.

Common causes: is an infection or ,Cow's milk protein allergy. Infection can be because of bottle feeds due to inadequate sterilization. Also putting hands or cloth in the mouth may cause it. Hence get a stool culture test. Also give only breast feeds for 6 months.
CMPA can be because of giving top feeds, even formula. It can also happen due to milk products consumption by mother who is breast feeding.
Stopping cows milk in mother and child is the answer. Soya formulas may be used.

If you are taking a balanced meal and drinking plenty of water , then you will produce enough milk for your baby. After feeding from both sides , your baby WILL BE FULL . You need to burp him after the feed before you put him down. If he doesn't burp then he may cry or be uncomfortable. That doesn't mean he is hungry. You need to give a gap of about 2 hours or more for the milk to be digested.
You don't need any medicine.

Most often constipation in infants is not a seriously problem. You need not to anything as long as he is comfortable, meaning there is no vomiting, excessive crying, or refusal of feeds .
Give multivitamin drops in case you are not.

Appearance of breast is called Thelarche . If no other signs of puberty are there like hair in groin or armpits, then it is not considered as precocious puberty, and there is no need to do anything. Advice to stop pressing, rubbing or massage.

Reducing substance is due to some undigested sugar in the stool. It is commonly present in lactose intolerance. However the value mentioned is very low. If your child is having loose motions, then he may be dehydrated, and if there is lactose intolerance, proven by a repeat test, that would also contribute to weight loss. Lactose free formula made with soya is recommended for sometime.

Usually symptomatic treatment is used for all presumed viral infections. Saline nasal drops, cleaning the nostrils, and increasing the humidity of the room with a vaporizer or humidifier would make the child comfortable.

Your son may be having stranger anxiety, which is more pronounced probably due to some incident in the past or bullying etc. I would go for counselling to a child Psychologist.
Health Query
You have not stated properly how long the headache lasts each time it comes. If it's for only a few hours and goes away after sleep, it is likely to be a tension headache. He may be having stress due to study or problems in school or home. Drinking less water may also cause headache due to dehydration. Blocked nose, sinus infection and nasal allergy also may cause long standing headache. Migraine headache lasts longer, usually more than a day if untreated. Get him properly examined by your local pediatrician. He may need a CT Scan to diagnose if the problem is persistent and worsening.

The painless vaccine has currently lost favour in view of the increasing number of children detected to have got the disease inspite of vaccination. The efficacy and duration of effectiveness is lesser .
Hence these days it is advocated to use the painful vaccine, unless the child had had very severe side effects earlier, or has a history of fever induced convulsions.
