Hello Lybrate user As per your height and age your are 10 kgs overweight to reduce. Focus on 1. Portion control while eating 2. Drink 3 to 3.5 ltrs of water everyday 3. Take high protein diet like chicken, boiled eggs 4. Add lots of fruits and salads in you r diet 5. Do regular 1 hr exercise Regards.

Hello Lybrate user Basically if your are trying hard and not loosing then you need to understand your body properly. There are very minute changes we miss while doing weight loss because which wil not see results. Focus on 1. Portion control while eating 2. Drink 3 to 3.5 ltrs of water everyday 3. Hello Lybrate user, To reduce belly fat you need to do abs exercise more. As well in diet make following changes - 1. Take 10 - 12 glasses of water everyday 2. Increase salads, fibrous fruits in diet like orange pineapple, mosambi, kiwi, watermelon 3. Take omega 3 fatty acids rich food like flax seed, walnuts if you eat non veg then salmon sardine fish 4. Hello Lybrate user, Loosing weight gradually with proper diet will be maintained for longer time. To loose weight 1. Take high protein diet foods like sprouts whole grains, low fat paneer 2. Hello Lybrate user, To increase weight its alway good to focus on increasing muscle mass which will increase with high protein diet and proper exercise. 1.Early morning take 8 - 10 almonds, 3 - 4 walnuts, 3-4 cashew. 2. Take short frequent meals 3. Take 2 - 3 spoons of desi ghee in you r every day meal 4. Take boiled eggs, chicken soup 5.
