I drink so much alcohol and I am vegetarian.
For reducing weight and keeping it from regaining, you should eat very less outside, packed and processed food, should not be more than 10% of total intake. Reduce intake of rice, wheat & milk based food, should not be more than 30-40% of total intake. Have lower intake of sugar, oil & salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds & lentils. Should be more than 50% of total intake. With this formula you will reduce weight and will never regain.

Hello, There are various treatment for pigmentation. From creams containing hydroquinone to milder ones of Kojic acid, niacinamide, arbutin. There is options of glutathione injections to oral tablets with vitamin C, also laser toning also gives good results. Cost of laser is 3-5 thousand per session. You can start initially on milder depigmentation creams which contain kojic acid, arbutin, niacinamide like Melaglow at night and use sunscreen three times a day. Suncreen needs to be used atleast once a day if staying indoors as there is UV light exposure even from artificial light. The suncreen we recommend is Faceguard it is non oily and matte finish and good even for sensitive skin. And depending on type of skin whether oily or dry you can choose a face wash. It need examination and personalized plan. You can consult in private with photographs.

You need to meet a doctor. Check that everything is fine. Meet a dietitian and your absorption problems if any can be sorted. To start with use jeera pani instead of plain water.

Make necessary dietary changes and combine it with 45 min brisk walk / exercise and you can easily shed weight. Focus on higher protein intake (more dals, legumes, low fat miilk and milk products etc, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less (or avoid completely if want to lose fast) and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Have small and frequent meals. Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. For reducing belly fat, consume foods that contain soluble fibre such as nuts, seeds, lentils and beans. Never skip breakfast. Avoid eating bad fats but eat foods that contain good fats. Drink plenty of water. Avoid outside food as well as oily food.
