For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad, After dinner you can take 2 dates / 2 figs with a cup of milk. Exercises To Gain Weight and Get Enough Sleep And Very Important Keep Yourself Motivated.

For reducing the belly fat do stretching exercises like Surya Namaskar. Eat diet that is low in refined cereals and carbohydrates. Eat fiber and protein rich diet. For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Take 45 mins walk in morning. Have 3-4 types of fruits in breakfast and nothing else. Cut down on tea and coffee. In food take more vegetables and less roti/rice. Finish dinner before 8 PM if possible. Do not eat outside and packed food.

You can reduce your weight by following a healthy dietary pattern. You have to avoid fatty, fried and processed food items. Thanks for the query. When one is on treatment for Hypothyroidism with adequate dosage of Levothyroxine, then TSH is well controlled and maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, at that level all the symptoms are in check. Since your TSh level is 6.48 mU/L, there is a need for increasing the dose of thyroxine from present level to 62.5 mcg per day. Then check the TSH after 6 to 8 weeks and values come to the above mentioned level, then same dose needs to be continued. If TSH is still higher than recommended, then there has to be a further increase in the dosage. Only maintaining correct TSH level will help in overcoming all the symptoms including hair fall. Headaches can be due to many reasons. Headaches fall into three main categories: tension-type, migraine and cervicogenic. Tension-type headaches are the most frequent. Patients who endure tension-type headaches usually feel mild to moderate pain on both sides of the head. The pain is usually described as tight, stiff or constricting, as if something is being wrapped around your head and squeezed tightly. While migraines have a much shorter duration, their symptoms are much more severe, with pain that usually occurs on one side of the head. Migraines can be so severe that they can cause loss of appetite, blurred vision, nausea and even vomiting. Cervicogenic headaches are musculoskeletal in nature. They may be caused by pain in the neck or spine that is transferred to the head. You have to watch your diet as certain food items can trigger headaches. Frequently reported triggers include alcohol, including red wine and beer, artificial sweeteners, caffeine withdrawal, chocolate, processed meats and foods containing MSG, histamine, and tyramine, but you know your body best—so take inventory of any foods you eat often that you suspect may be triggering your headache. Acupuncture can offer effective treatment for any type of headache. Unlike synthetic drugs, acupuncture has virtually no side effects, and the procedures for treating headaches are much less invasive with acupuncture than with surgery. Exercise is only 20%, 80% is food. Many a times we think that exercising is the license to eat whatever we want. Not true. 80% fitness depends on what you eat, which is most often neglect. If your weight is not coming down this is the indicator that their are certain things you are eating, that you should not be. Without stopping/controlling those, it is very difficult to lose weight.
