Yes whenever a rh negative lady abort or deliver her baby she has to take anti D injections to prevent development of immmunity against rh positive blood group. Other wise you body develope antibody against rh positive blood. So next time you concieve n babies blood group is different than urs. 25-50% chances is there of above mentioned issues.

Hi, yes you better get a scan from a good fetal medicine scan doctor and take 2 opinion. If it is your first pregnancy I would suggest you to go for NIPT test. It is a test don't on your blood they take out babies cells from you blood and do genetic testing.

Hi at the age of 42 the most common cause of misscarriage is genetical abnormality of the the conceptus. The incidence of carrying a genetically abnormal baby is high after the age of 35.20% at 30 and it increases exponentially after that. Plus due to age the your ovarian reserve also starts going down specially in Indian females it starts decreasing earlier than white population. So I would suggest you to not to waste time go and consult a specialist n try to concieve soon. Also do one Sr AMH which gives idea about your available ovarian reserve.

4 kg is a big baby for Indian lady. As Indian women have narrow pelvis compared to wester ladies. For delivering a 4 kg plus minus baby would b very Dangerous decision for both mother and babies health.

Better you show it to gynecologist as she is young so mostly it is only estrogenic anovulatory cycles might require to add on progesterone to the cycle.
