Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Is costochondritis Very risky/Dangerous? My doc told me it is muscular pain but uptill now it had been 3 months I am facing from muscular pain. Ankle pain is due to some other cause. It is not because of fatty liver or typhoid. May be due to some sprain or deficiency. Looking towards your other condition, you should have controlled diet as too much oily fatty food may spoil your liver and may be you can be totally restricted to some food. Instead take care and eat less spicy. For fatty liver, you should take homeopathic liver tonics. They are quite effective.

The cause of this for many people comes in the form of arthritis, or the inflammation of one or more of your joints. There are two main kinds, osteo and rheumatoid, both of which affect the joint in different ways. Turmeric & Ginger Tea.........Turmeric and ginger are both anti-inflammatorys.You can take these in a capsule form or make a nice spicy tea without milk and sugar to enjoy daily.-2 cups of water -1/2 teaspoon ground ginger -1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric -Honey to taste 1/2 cup of Epsom salt -A large bowl -Warm water Directions Fill a large bowl with warm water and add ½ cup of Epsom salt. Stir it around, and then submerge your sore joints in the liquid. If you are experiencing pain in a less convenient place to soak, such as your knees, try taking a bath with Epsom salts. Run a tub full of warm water and add 2 cups of Epsom salt. Soak for 15 minutes (at least.) Get more magnesium. Rub a bit of olive oil onto your sore joints twice a day, massaging in to each one gently. You can also take 2-3 tablespoons daily, but be sure to give up some other form of fat due to the high calorie count in the oil (rest easy, these are good calories.) Going for a brisk walk-start with 15 minutes and work your way up into a solid daily routine. -Doing joint-targeted exercises-certain stretches and exercises specifically target joints to help rid them of stiffness and pain. take steam bath and oil massage.

lybrate-user hi, regards ,from what you have described I understand that you are able to carry out your day to day activities without difficulty. I suggest that for the pain which you experience during the night might be postural. Please use a good ergonomical mattress which will support your back during your sleep. Your posture while sleeping matters the most .revert for further help.

Any exercise leads to my knee pain I am only 32 What should b done for weight loss as walking empty stomach in morning is not possible for me I do take walk in afternoon for half hour. Weight is increase from 69 to 75 really worried now .Any exercise or even sitting for yoga knees pain starts or else there is no knees pain .Now pain has so in my foot part.

Hello lybrate-user, it is ok if you cannot walk empty stomach in the morning. But you should then walk in the afternoon or evening time, atleast for 30 -45 minutes. Also restrict your carbohydrate intake like rotis, rice (once a week, in lunch only), breads, aloo, fried foods. For knee pain, you should increase your calcium intake - have milk, curd, paneer, soybean, pulses (dals), green leafy vegetables, oatmeals. Restrict sugar, sweets, fried foods. Have lots of salad, fruits, vegetables. Drink water - 10 -12 glasses daily. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side. Warm up and cool down is a must. Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment shoulder is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the shoulder with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Your father may be having osteoarthritis left knee. Kindly mention his height and weight. Osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease, is one of the oldest and most common types of arthritis. It is characterized by a breakdown of the joint's cartilage. Cartilage is the part of the joint that cushions the ends of bones. Cartilage breakdown causes bones to rub against each other, causing pain and loss of movement. Osteoarthritis can range from very mild to very severe, and most commonly affects middle-aged and older people. It affects hands and weight-bearing joints such as knees, hips, feet and the back. Ayurvedic treatment of Osteoarthritis not only prevents further deterioration in the joints but also rejuvenates damaged cartilages. Vata-alleviating treatments through specific herbs are also suggested for lubrication and strengthening of joints. Lifestyle changes- Avoid carbonated drinks, preserved and packaged foods, and dry or cold food items. Choose foods that are easy to digest and warming. Excessive use of joints and underuse are both problematic, so get some exercise each day, but do not overdo it. Try exercises that are easy on the joints such as walking, swimming and yoga. Hello Lybrate user .ther are many causes of arch pain .one of them is having a flat foot we called it pes cavus. But you haven't mentioned about that whether you have or nt .so I would suggest you to do contrast bath .it is immersion of feet first initially in hot and than in cold in 3minut :1 minute ratio and do calf and fascia stretches (structure below heel), wear loose fitted shoes and put insole in shoes if you hav flat foot condition.
