Apply lemon juice with milk cream/honey and leave for 15-20 minutes and wash off. Also use face scrub thrice weekly for normal skin, if you have oily skin you can use daily. Apply mashed ripe papaya pulp daily for half hour which imparts glow to your skin. Intake of papaya, pomegranate, oranges on a daily basis will help reduce pigmentation.

This may be due to general weakness. If you feel discomfort like headache, giddiness and only if it is due to sunlight, avoid going out between 11a. M.-4p. M. If necessary do carry an umbrella. Drink plenty of fluids, fruit juices. Increase intake of fruits, cucumber, and greens. Regularly oil your head. Have protein-rich diet for breakfast. Do not skip meals.

If the pain is severe do get an mri done immediately. Do not bend forward or lift any weight. Over-the-counter medicines for instant pain relief may be taken.

Stop eating outside food! take more liquids except milk till the pain resolves. Have light diet which are easily digestible like soups. Soak 1tsp of methi seeds overnight and have them on empty stomach with water in paste form or whole in the morning. Use asafoetida (hing) in your diet. Drink boiled water added with 1tsp of cumin seeds (jeera). Avoid spicy, nonveg, boozing.

Try drinking fresh fruit juices without added sugar or munch on them esp pomegranate, sweet lime, daily. Papaya twice weekly. Try applying 1tsp honey with few drops of lemon juice and washing of after 10 minutes every evening without fail for 1 month. Use apricot scrub twice or thrice weekly. Use herbal face wash which have orange neem and tulsi. Facepack of besan + tomato juice daily for 30 minutes for 1 month before going to bed. Healthy diet, exercise and good sleep. Clean your hands and mobiles frequently which is a must. Follow all the steps without missing out even on a single day.
