DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 2-2 tablets of lakshyadi guggul and vasantkusumakar rasa early in the morning on empty stomach with triphala juice…. C) take 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…. D) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and aloe vera juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda)…… do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective. Consult to me for further suggestion. THANKS.

U take low calorie low sodium mod protein diet. 45 min walk daily speedly. Don't take rice at night. Drink 10-12 glass of water. Don't drink immediately after meal. 4 -5 in a day on frequent interval. Take thin dal or bolied.

Hi, You may be having PCOD whcih gives rise to irregular periods and weight gain. Do an U/S scan of pelvis for confirmation. If confirmed, then you may have to be treated for 3-6 cycles with Ayurvedic medications to regularise the mentstrual cycle. If you are interested, then you can consult me privately. Back pain and abdominal pain during menses is called dysmenorrhoes. There are good ayurvedic medicines to cure this problem, which needs to taken for 3 consecutive cycles. Hello, homoeopathy has the best answer for your query. You can lose weight with the help of homoeopathic medicines, without any side effects. This involves correction your metabolism. 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Fatoline drops from haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Exercise regularly, eat healthy, include more protein food as they help in muscle building. Sleep on time. Junk food should be avoided. And last certain diseases like tuberculosis, hyperthyroidism, diabetes etc causes weight loss. So treated accordingly.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walk for 30 minutes every day 2.reduce your weight if overweight 3.Reduce salt intake 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, junk saturated fat and cholesterol rich diet. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables, Fruits, 6.Stop smoking and consumption of alcohol, Tobacco, 7.Avoid stress, a nxiety, physical and mental exertion 8.Do Yoga, Meditation, and deep breathing exercise 9. Monitor your Bp regularly and consult Physician for treatment 10. Have adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily.

Hello, You mean problems are there because of more weight? It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Greetings. My daughter is 3.5 months old and my wife is 30 years old. Lately, it seems our baby is not getting enough milk from her mother so as per my mom's advise, we mixed half boiled water in equal amount of cow's milk and tried spoon feeding her in a steel vessel. However, my baby is not drinking that spoon needed milk as she has a habit keeping her tongue out. Due to this, she is crying (not frequent though), usually she cries only when she wants to sleep. My mom says we shouldn't feed baby with nipple bottle as it is not good for teeth and hygiene issues are their too. I request expert pediatrician or any doctor who can comment on my below questions. 1. What can we do in this case so baby's hunger gets satisfied completely? I mean what ideally we should do? 2. For how many hours out of 24 hours, a baby sleeps which is less than 6 months old? Any suggestions are highly appreciated, thank you in advance.

This is my personal experience as I have a 1.4 years old baby.. My wife also didn't had proper milk... and it is a very frequent situation... You may give Lactogen power.. it is very safe and good..my baby is healthy as any other and the powder is almost equal to the mothers milk in the nutritive value.. As per my knowledge it is not advisable to give cow's milk in early years of life... And you may give her milk through nipple and it does not have any effect on teeth... as it is same as mother's nipple... Again about hygien then you may sterilize with boiling water everytime you want to give milk... For more you may consult and i will guide you...

Hi I'm 27 year old 178 cm height and weight less than 50 kg .This low weight problem is since the day I remember. At school time people make fun of me even my sports teacher make fun but I never mind them and keep myself motivated by doing some other activity keeping apart from sports .In college time also same things happened and I tried to keep myself away from people now it lead to mental frustration and some time I behaved abnormal with people and won't want to engage in society. As per standard my weight should be between 63- 67 kg .I keep eating but don't know where these foods go .Even few people make fun of it now why you waste food by eating when it doesn't have any effect on your body. Hi Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. Take high calorie rich food like banana mashed in milk daily atleast once, take high protein and carbohydrate rich food, do excercises to increase muscle mass.
