Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Dear lybrateuser, -there are few benefits of drinking lemon juice, it is rich in vit c which helps in boosting the immune system which can assist the body in fighting cold & flu, aides digestion, repairs skin which can help wound healing, freshens breath -you can apply it on face but remove it after 10-15 min with water before going out in the sun as it dries up the skin, better to apply it before going to sleep at night.

Are you feeding the baby from both breasts equally. If yes and even then if there is so much difference in the size of breasts then go for ultrasuond of both breast.

What is the symptoms of dengue and what is treatment when it will happen how to reduce this fever generally.
Symptoms of dengue fever sudden, high fever. Severe headaches. Pain behind the eyes. Severe joint and muscle pain. Fatigue. Nausea. Vomiting. Skin rash, which appears two to five days after the onset of fever. There is no specific medicine to treat dengue infection. If you think you may have dengue fever, you should use pain relievers with acetaminophen and avoid medicines with aspirin, which could worsen bleeding. You should also rest, drink plenty of fluids, and see your doctor. If you start to feel worse in the first 24 hours after your fever goes down, you should get to a hospital immediately to be checked for complications.

I have an desk job and in last two year my weight is increasing from 70 to 85. How can I lose it?
Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Dear pt, it seems your having grey hairs in your beard. See this is an aging process and its common in 30+ males. Its not a disease and don't be panic. Stop all cereal, sugar and go on a fruits and vegge diet, you must take white of two boiled eggs and can take fish / chicken which is steamed / grilled on small amounts of olive oil.

. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee.

Dear, the height of body depends of many factors, but the main factors are: 1. Family history 2. Diet 3. Age 4. Sex 5. Lifestyle as you are young and so there is still chances of gaining height. There are methods by which you can gain some centimetres of height. 1. The height of body is largely depend on the length of your spine (vertebral column or back bone in general language). So you have to add the exercise of stretching of spine daily in morning. Here are the exercises! * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowly lower down your heels back on the floor and breath out the air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both feet touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towards toes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Bone growth depends upon the adequate intake of calcium rich diet. So take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Vitamin d play very important role in bone growth. So sit in sun rays for at least 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. 4. The growth and height is controlled by growth hormone which is secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stress free lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. For meditation, listen to slow and spiritual music, take long breaths for 15-20 minutes everyday. It makes your pituitary gland healthy and working properly. You can inform for doubts and more detailed treatment.

A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure.We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight will be better. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

You have solved your problem by identifying it, how many women admit that they are suffering from panic attacks? they come to doctor with vague symptoms and it becomes difficult for doctor to diagnose-reason so many tests are asked for. My suggestion is do not run away from fear but face it with courage without making a fool of yourself, you can practice doing so in front of a mirror at home. Do stay away from negative, judgemental and critical people, thses perfect types can generate fear psychosis and self doubt in me too. Take care and no medicines.

Dear lybrate user the cause of the pain may be excess use of cold, dry and low quality foods which is opposite your body constitution. Indulgence of excess sexual intercourse, excess travelling, doing over work like exercises or sport activities, malnourishment of joints and bones, mental disturbances like worries, depression, anxiety, metabolic disorders, any physical injury, keeping hungry for long time and supressng natural urges for long time can lead and increase the pain. So avoid above causes and you can get relief to a greater extent by ayurvedic treatment.

Hye, Thanks for the query. To remove Heat from the Body. Stay away from hot and spicy food items Avoid fatty and fried foods (junk/fast foods) Stay away from caffeine & alcohol Follow a low sodium diet regime Use Coconut or Olive herbal oil for cooking than using almond,sesame & corn oil Do not use nuts in your daily diet as they are known in increasing the body temperature rapidly. Try to have them 2-3 times a week Try to follow a vegetarian diet regime or reduce your usage of red meat. Home remedies for reducing body heat Drink a glass of pomegranate juice daily. Take a basin of cool water and soak your feet in it. This will help in reducing excessive heat from the body. Add a tablespoon of honey in cold milk and have it on a daily basis. Buttermilk a glass with meals is a great digestive too. Orange and sweet lemon that contains citrus in it, are excellent foods to relieve body temperature. One of the easiest tips to reduce body heat, foods & drinks to control your body heat is stay hydrated. In addition to controlling the body heat is consuming the healthy variety of foods like- Cardamom, fresh and dried Peaches, Apricot, Coconut  water, watermelon, lime water, cucumbers, bananas, sugarcane liquid, barley, citrus fruit juices and organic teas for example mint & fennel green tea, honeydew melon, mint water, radish salad, decoction of fennel seeds,  peppermint, amla juice and aloe juice. Please consult your doctor in case your body temperature doesn’t normalize even after following these remedies.

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) do not wear high heals do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

Hi Yes , hair transplantation can be done .But first it needs an assessment of the scalp and the donor site. Which stage your condition is . The treatment can be of various types Hair transplantation is filling in the gaps where the hair follicles are dead. It does not help prevent the progressive baldness.So first address the expectation you have from the treatment .

There are many causes for hairloss, it could be hereditary, could be due to change of weather, change of place, using bore/ hard water for head wash, nutritional deficiencies, post-illness, post-delivery, post-chemotherapy, lack of proper, sufficient and sound sleep, stress/ tension, etc. Get your CBC, S. Ferritin, S. Iron, S. Vitamin D3, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin B12 and S. Folic Acid done. If there is family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid profile done as well. Follow the Diet: - Take more protein in your diet (non-veg. , eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, milk & milk products, etc.) - Iron-rich food (non-veg., green leafy vegetables sp. spinach, lentils, beans, soya, etc.) - Daily intake of 5 almonds and 1 walnut. - Daily intake of one spoonful of flaxseeds and sunflower seeds. - Drink plenty of water and fluids (at least 12-15 glasses of water per day). - Daily intake of green-tea – 2-3times a day. - Soyabean (in the form of fluor or granules, nuggets, etc.). (The above food items also prevents the formation of DHT (Di-hydro-testosterone) which is one of the causes for hairloss.) Use drinking water for head wash (if the there is hard/ bore water supply at your place). Take homoeopathic Rx – Wiesbaden 200/ twice a day for 1 month and Phosphorus 200/ one dose once a week for a month. Do not repeat it thereafter or else for further guidance, revert back to me.
