My eyes are always filled with water. Even at times when I sit I cry like anything. Please suggest what should I do to get it correct. Also I am diabetic patient and I feel so much pain in my lower back. What to do if possible some home remedies.

You have to first do the exercise of eye. And do not eat spicy and oily food and use an eyedrop. And artificial tear drop.
