For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

I feel very tired /sleepy in the day time ;burning sensation in toes& very weak.Around 4 pm i start feeling fine normal, bright & active by 5 pm this continues till 11.30 pm .Pls help ,suggest remedies for a normal routine ?

Hello Drink water in early in the morning . Avoid fast food, junk food. Dhania 20 g jeera 20 g and mishri 20 g 5 to 10 g with normal water after 30 minutes of meal.

Side effect may or may not be, but it will may not have main effects. Weight gain or loss depends upon food you eat. You need to eat energy dense foods - like brown rice, multigrain rotis, oats, potatoes, bananas, milk products etc.

Hello- 7 tips for losing weight after pregnancy. 1. Give diets a miss *ditch all junk food from your kitchen - studies show when you're sleep-deprived you'll be more tempted to eat it. *fill the fridge and pantry with lots of fruit and veg, lean meats, fish and seafood, whole grains (oats, grainy breads, beans, pulses), eggs, and healthy snacks like yoghurt, nuts and seeds (chia seeds for example, are great in a smoothie and a real fibre-booster). *even though you're probably short on time right now, a food diary can be a great help if you want to keep track of what you're eating. My son is only 10 years old and very slim, weight 15 kgs. He off an on says there is a chest pain middle of the chest, we as per doctor's recommendation we give him mucaine gel, sucral and even eno. When he vomits, his pain removes. May we give him proper D capsule? What does?, Please help.
