Dear healthy weight gain can be achieved by following a high biological value protein and good carbohydrate diet with micronutrient rich foods like nuts, oil seeds, dry fruits, fresh green leafy veggies, roots n tubers, sprouts on a regular basis. Try to incorporate lot of soya products in your diet like tofu, soya nuggets, soya beans, soya shake, etc.

hello sir , take high protein and high calories diet.take milk nd milk products.take plenty of fruits.don't skip your breakfast specially and meals.take shakes, cold coffee, juice with glucose, sprouts,corn and broccoli salad,curd, lassi, coconut water, egg, lean meat, paneer, soy milk , whole pulses.do stretching exercise.

Hello for your height you could weigh more up to 70 kgs. check if you have low muscle and high fat. That might cause you for quick exhaustion.To increase your stamina eat quality protein before and after work out. This will help to improve your muscle.Focus on eating proteins from beans, legumes, soy,organic eggs ,chicken, and milk products. Hope this helps you.Stay healthy stay fit.

Actually it produces heat in body thts y nt recommended to tke daily. Bettt you cn hve aloe vera juice daily.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Do regular exercise like muscle building exercise. Increase eating frequently. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use dense vegetables, fruits. Eat more fish, egg, meat etc. Add ghee, butter etc with foods. Use healthy fat in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol.

Hello Respected Doctors, Sir/Mam my body is very adaptive. I'm doing Engineering. I'm in second Year. Jb bhii semester break hota hai mai ghr aa jata hu and after ek month bhii ghr me ruk jata hu toh suddenly mera weight 6-7 kilo badh jata. Is there any problem regarding that? And how to loose that Fat? Mera weight kbhii bhii badh jata haii and gym wagree krta hu to Kam bhii ho jata hai. Toh issme koii problem hai kyy? Yaa fir meri body Adaptive haiii?

Idont think there is any problem n this--------------presently your weight I almosst normal towards higher side and in your case diet matters----no doubt home diet is far better than hostel diet and at home you start taking more fatty food which adds to your daily calories which leadss to increased weight but this is not the case in hostel life and thatswhy there iss a difference in your weight in home and hostel-----------
