Hi,Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion.Take homoeopathic medicine to get relief:-1. Gastrobin (WSG), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day. 2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. after meals. 3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 4. Drink two cups of coconut water daily. 5. . Avoid heavy spicy and oily food , pickles. Revert me after 7 days. ***Take Alfalfa malt, 2 tsp, twice daily before meals to gain weight.***

hello.. yeah he is gain his weight no worries.. breakfast oats with milk , 7 soaked almonds, 2 banana, 3 walnuts brunch banana shake , salad lunch 2 chapati , any veg , littel curd, rice, boiled potato before workout 2 banana after workout 5 eggs, sprouts, banana shake, dinner 3 chapati, daal, salad, chicken, before sleep 1 glass milk follow this diet for 3 weeks.. then contact me again i'll change it after that

Hello, Lets work on digestive system. 1. Drink 1ltr water on empty stomach. 2. After 30mins, have your regular breakfast. 3. Add apple to your diet. 4. Hope your stool motion is in regular intervals. 5. Do some physical activities.

Dear take rich protein diet like egg, milk, butter, ghee etc. Frequently take dry fruits have 8 hours sleep daily, stop smoking if you smoke. Homoeopathic treatment will be very helpful for gaining weight

Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. Gradual weight gain is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. You need a balanced diet more. You need the right amount of protein, carbs and fats. Help yourself to nuts and dairy products. Protein is the key for gain weight. The protein rich foods are milk, dried fruit, broccoli (and other green veg), sweet potatoes, tomatoes, bananas, nuts, egg.

No its harm ful you need to take a high protein high calorie diet eat more protein foods do exercise eat good fats.

Eat a lot of good things Protein = building block for your muscles Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle Keep track of everything you eat Compound exercises are your friend Appearance is a consequence of fitness Let your muscles rest Sleep Make it part of your routine Realize you will put on some fat U need to take a high protein high calorie diet.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two meals a day and adding a supplement will not help gain weight. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food or supplement that helps weight gain. Eat a healthy diet first to be able to justify taking a supplement. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

2 months ago I ate pork meat. Since than my hunger is gone. Not feeling hungry whole day. Feeling of tired weakness. Earlier I use to eat three to four times a day. No medication is working. I expect solution from Lybrate doctors. I want earlier days.
