She can go for clinical treatments to cure acne related problems. Derma rollers/peeling/laser resurfacing can be very helpful. Go to a good dermatologist.

Symptoms of Skin Infection!

MBBS, DDV
Dermatologist, Mumbai
Symptoms of Skin Infection!

The symptoms of a skin infection vary depending on the type. Common symptoms include redness of the skin and a rash. You may also experience other symptoms, such as itching, pain, and tenderness.

See a dermatologist if you have pus-filled blisters or a skin infection that doesn’t improve or gets progressively worse. Skin infections can spread beyond the skin and into the bloodstream. When this happens it can become life-threatening.

Signs of a severe infection include:

  • pus
  • blisters
  • skin sloughing, breakdown
  • dark, necrotic appearing skin, or skin that becomes discolored and painful.

Dear, according to your situation, you should not try to mend up the issue. Because later, after marriage, the problem could escalate. The best option is to forget the episode. When you decide to forget the episode, the psychological trauma will end within some time. I think two or three counseling sessions and psycho therapy techniques should solve your problem. Let me know if you are willing to undergo counseling sessions and tailor made psycho therapy through mobile. Take care.

Dear Sir, For your age and associated risks, I would advice you to do yoga in a calm place. Anulom Vilom and Kapalbhati prayanayam will increase flow of oxygen in your body. You can practice yoga daily for 45 mins. You can also do some brisk walking with that

Most people say that after drinking tea one shouldn't drink water as it effect tooth health. Is it true.

Most people say that after drinking tea one shouldn't drink water as it effect tooth health. Is it true.
Drinking water after having tea is good for blood circulation. But drink cold water immediately on hot tea causes teeth sensitivity problems and you should avoid that. Wait for 2 5 minutes and then drink water. Or drink water earlier than having tea.
