Hello, it seems like its because of your High BP problem. Some times high BP caused unknown disease. So control you BP take low sodium salt i am prescribing you this. THE LUNA BP SALT. Take this in your meal and avoid fast food, avoid oily food. Just take home made products.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them. Hi lybrate-user, while one can understand the eagerness with a youngster such as yourself to lose 10 kg in 2 months and while this is possible too. In the present case however, what is more important is first to know the time profile of your weight gain. The reasons for the weight gain. And the body composition analysis to know the fat percentage in your body. Please understand that generic guidelines for any weight loss attempt would be: to stick to plant based natural whole foods - whole grains, lots of vegetables, fruits, lentils, beans, grams. Shun animal foods, fried foods, processed foods, restaurant foods, shakes and juices, sweets, nuts and seeds for sometime, oils and fats, sauces etc. Increase your activity levels -- walking, jogging, swimming, little playing games say badminton etc. More than 5 to 6 kg weight loss per month would be undesirable though. Weight loss should be slow, supervised, scientific, and sustained. More damaging would be to lose fast and then to regain the lost weight. Changing diet and lifestyle to healthier ones and to stick to these for the rest of your life is what I would strongly suggest. As you will be able to avoid yo yoing of weight in the coming years. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Large pores need skin cleaning every day with proper care and non chemicals. Second iswash face with neem water every day. Third thing is egg pack should be used (no yellow, only white), then use Varnyadi gana herb combos of 10 herbs for few weeks as directed. Keep away from dust by proper care.

You could be having a spurt in your growth hormone and will feel this level of sleepiness and tiredness. In the meantime examine the following for relevance to your current age: I suspect that the adolescent issues with regard to hormones may be affecting your ability to concentrate and remember. When the hormones play up, it lasts for a period of close to two years and during that time you could be influenced by three signs directly impacted by the chemical: you will tend to become aggressive and rebellious, you will become sexually active, and you will have acne and pimple problems. The hormonal imbalances may not only impact your memory because of the chemical but also bring some distractions that come with it. But you may work on the following even if the hormones kick in: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

Please stop eating all kinds of market & packed foods. Increase consumption of raw food - fruits, vegetables & sprouts, should be 50% of your total intake. Eat raw food before each meal of cooked food. Stop white sugar, refined oil & processed milk products.

Gas ka ilaj - गैस का इलाज

हम अक्सर देखते हैं की कितने ही लोग शरीर से भारी हों या हल्के, बूढ़े हों या जवान यहाँ तक की आजकल तो बच्चे बेचारे भी हैं पेट की गैस से परेशान| भले ही यह एक बेहद आम बीमारी है पर अगर इसे समय रहते इसपर सावधानी न बरती जाए तो यह एक दिन बड़ी बीमारी जैसे अल्सर का भी रूप ले सकती है। 

कारण 
पेट में गैस की समस्या वालों की तादाद ज्यादा बढ़ने के लिए जिम्मेदार है आज की बेढंग जीवनशैली जिसमें स्ट्रेस, बैचेन, डर, चिंता, गुस्से के कारण डाइजेशन पार्ट्स के जरूरी पाचक रसों का स्राव कम हो जाता है, और परिणामतः अपच की समस्या हो जाती है और अपच के कारण ही पेट में गैस बनती है।

गैस की समस्या है तो गंभीर पर थोड़ी सावधानी अगर बरती जाए तो इससे आराम भी मिलना अपने हाँथ ही है| हमारे किचन में कुछ ऐसी चीजें हैं, जिन्हें अजमाने से गैस की तकलीफ होने पर आराम पाया सकता है|

1. अजवाइन 
अजवाइन हर घर में होती है तली जाने वाली चीजों में अक्सर इस्तेमाल की जाती है| वैसे अजवाइन सिर्फ इसीलिए यूजफुल नही है बल्कि अजवाइन पेट के कई रोगों जैसे गैस, पेट के कीड़े या फिर एसिडिटी है सबसे बड़ा दुश्मन । अगर आपको पेट में दर्द हो रहा है और आपको पता है कि यह एसिडिटी या गैस है तो तुरंत गर्म पानी के साथ एक छोटी चम्मच अजवाइन की लें फांकी जिससे आपको एसिडिटी और गैस से मिल जाएगा छुटकारा।

2. पुदीना
पुदीना की चटनी तो मशहूर हैं ही पर आप ये भी याद रखें की पुदीना में बहुत से औषधीय गुण भी हैं| पुदीना हमारे पूरे स्वास्थ्य के लिए एक वरदान है। वैसे तो यह लगभग हर बीमारी में किसी न किसी रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है| पर खासकर जब बात हो पेट में गैस, एसिडिटी की तो यह है रामबाण इलाज। अगर आपको पेट में गैस, एसिडिटी जी मचलना या उलटी की समस्या हो तो पुदीने का जूस, इसकी चटनी, काढ़ा या ग्रीन टी के रूप में सेवन करें और गैस की समस्या को बाय बाय बोलकर तरोताजा महसूस करें|

3. नीबू 
नींबू है पेट के गैस के खिलाफ लड़ने वाला खतरनाक दुश्मन| अगर कभी पेट में जलन या गैस महसूस हो रही हो तो नींबू पानी और नींबू की चाय पियें इससे आप गैस से छुटकारा पा जाएंगे| इसके अलावा अगर कभी ज्यादा ही परेशानी हो रही हो तो एक गिलास पानी में नींबू निचोड़कर, उसमें थोड़ा सा काला नमक, चुटकी भर भुना जीरा, चुटकी भर अजवाइन, 2 चम्मच मिश्री एक चम्मच ताजे पुदीने का रस मिलाकर पी जाएं इससे गैस की समस्या से आप तेज रफ़्तार में आराम पा जाएँगे| 

4. सेब 
डेली ए एप्पल कीप डॉक्टर अवे ये कहावत तो हम सभी जानते हैं पर क्या आप जानते हैं की सेब का सिरका पेट में गैस की तकलीफ से तुरंत आराम दिलाता है| जब भी पेट में गैस की तकलीफ हो सेब के सिरके की दो चम्मच गुनगुने पानी में मिलाकर पिएँ इससे तुरंत राहत मिलेगी|

6. छास 
छास गैस का दुश्मन माना जाता है | गैस की तकलीफ महसूस होने पर या इससे बचने के लिए चुटकी भर भुना जीरा, काला नमक और पुदीना छाछ में मिलाकर खाना खाने के बाद पीएं और गैस की बीमारी से बचे रहें|

 7. सरसों का तेल 
अगर पेट की नाभि अपने स्थान से हट जाती है तो पेट में गैस, दर्द और भूख नहीं लगती है। ऐसे में नाभि को सही बैठाने से और नाभि पर सरसों का तेल लगाने से फायदा होता है| अगर पेट में दर्द ज्यादा हो रहा हो तो रूई का फाया सरसों के तेल में भिगोकर नाभि पर रखकर पट्टी भी बांध सकते हैं। कुछ ही समय में इसका फायदा महसूस होने लगेगा|

8. लौंग 
दो लौंग पीसकर उबलते हुए आधा कप पानी में डाले दें फिर कुछ देर ठण्डा होने दे और रोजाना दिन में तीन बार पियें और गैस की बीमारी से खुद को बचाएं| 
इसीके साथ कुछ आदतों को आपनाने और कुछ चीजों को ना खाने या कम खाने से भी पेट की गैस से मिलती है राहत| पेट में गैस होने पर भोजन में मिर्च, मसाले, भारी भोजन, मांस, मछली, अण्डे मूंग, चना, मटर, अरहर, आलू, सेम, चावल आदि से बनी चीजों को खाने से बचें| तेल घी का इस्तेमाल कम से कम करें| आसानी से पचने वाले भोजन जैसे सब्जियां, खिचड़ी, चोकर सहित बनी आटे की रोटी, दूध, तोरई, कद्दू, पालक, टिंडा, शलजम, अदरक, आंवला, नींबू आदि का इस्तेमाल अधिक खाएं|

9. खाना चबाकर खाएं 
खाना खूब चबा-चबा कर आराम से खाना चाहिए। बीच-बीच में ज्यादा पानी पीने से बचें| खाने के एक घंटे के बाद 1 से 2 गिलास पानी पिएं। दोनों समय के भोजन के बीच हल्का नाश्ता या फल आदि अवश्य खाएं। 
रेगुलर व्यायाम योगा करें| नियमित जीवन शैली अपनाएं|

Hi lybrate-user, If you’re an alcoholic—which, by definition, means you aren’t able to control your drinking—it’s best to try to stop drinking entirely. But if you’re not ready to take that step, or if you don’t have an alcohol abuse problem but want to cut back for personal or health reasons, the following tips adapted from the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism can help: Set a drinking goal. Choose a limit for how much you will drink. Make sure your limit is not more than one drink a day if you’re a woman, or two drinks a day if you’re a man. Now write your drinking goal on a piece of paper. Put it where you can see it, such as on your refrigerator or bathroom mirror. Keep a" diary" of your drinking. To help you reach your goal, keep a" diary" of your drinking. For example, write down every time you have a drink for 1 week. Try to keep your diary for 3 or 4 weeks. This will show you how much you drink and when. You may be surprised. How different is your goal from the amount you drink now? Watch it at home. Keep a small amount or no alcohol at home. Don't keep temptations around. Drink slowly. When you drink, sip your drink slowly. Take a break of one hour between drinks. Drink soda, water, or juice after a drink with alcohol. Do not drink on an empty stomach! Eat food when you are drinking. Take a break from alcohol. Pick a day or two each week when you will not drink at all. Then, try to stop drinking for one week. Think about how you feel physically and emotionally on these days. When you succeed and feel better, you may find it easier to cut down for good. Some people can stop drinking on their own, while others need medical supervision in order to withdraw from alcohol safely and comfortably. Which option is best for you depends on how much you’ve been drinking, how long you’ve had a problem, and other health issues you may have Avoiding drinking triggers Avoid the things that trigger your urge to drink. If certain people, places, or activities trigger a craving for alcohol, try to avoid them. This may mean making major changes to your social life, such as finding new things to do with your old drinking buddies—or even giving up those friends. Practice saying “no” to alcohol in social situations. No matter how much you try to avoid alcohol, there will probably be times where you’re offered a drink. Prepare ahead for how you’ll respond, with a firm, yet polite, “no thanks.” Managing alcohol cravings When you’re struggling with alcohol cravings, try these strategies: Talk to someone you trust: your sponsor, a supportive family member or friend, or someone from your faith community. Distract yourself until the urge passes. Go for a walk, listen to music, do some housecleaning, run an errand, or tackle a quick task. Remind yourself of your reasons for not drinking. When you’re craving alcohol, there’s a tendency to remember the positive effects of drinking and forget the negatives. Remind yourself that drinking won’t really make you feel better. Accept the urge and ride it out, instead of trying to fight it. This is known as “urge surfing.” Think of your craving as an ocean wave that will soon crest, break, and dissipate. When you ride out the craving, without trying to battle, judge, or ignore it, you’ll see that it passes more quickly than you’d think. There is no Magic but sustained willpower can help you long way in quitting it. Consult a psychologist to make a quit plan, if necessary you will have to take medication. All the best.

apple cider vinegar as a dandruff treatment, as the acidity of apple cider vinegar changes the pH of your scalp, making it harder for yeast to grow. Mix a quarter cup apple cider vinegar with a quarter cup water in a spray bottle and spritz on your scalp. My gf is suffering from excessive masturbating twice or three a day, when she watch a good young handsome guy. She can't control.
