For effective teeth whitening and preventing them from discoloration, munch on foods like apples, carrots, pears or celery after brushing, as they produce tooth-bathing saliva which whitens the teeth.

How to teeth clean & white which toothpest best for this ? Available in medicine any
Gently brush the outside, inside and chewing surface of each tooth using short back-and-forth strokes. Gently brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. Most dentists agree that a soft-bristled brush is best for removing plaque and debris from your teeth. Any toothpaste containing fluoride is good for teeth.

You may need cleaning, root canal treatment & capping. Rinse frequently with mouth wash. Advise c. Amox 500mg 1-1-1, thrice, t. Metrogyl 400mg 1-1-1, thrice, t. Imol 1-1-1, thrice (contraindicated in conditions with gastric ulcer, asthma, wheezing, and allergy), and c. Becosules 1-0-0 once, all for 3 days only.

Gums bleeding is due to infection in gums. Get scalling done by dentist. Use proper brushing techniques. Brush, floss n use mouthwash twice daily. Massage your gums with your finger tips after brushing. Keep your tongue clean. Rinse your mouth well after each meal. Visit your dentist for dental checkups every 6 months to detect n prevent dental probs. Limcee contains vit c n it aids in gums healing but your gums hv to b cleaned thouroughly n deeply (scalling) by dentist first.

There could be several reasons for your sensitivity like eating acidic foods, teeth-grinding (can wear down the enamel), using tooth-whitening toothpaste, frequent mouthwashes, having gum disease, having excessive plaque, having a recent dental procedure, having a cracked tooth or decayed teeth, etc. Tooth sensitivity is treatable. In fact, you might find that using toothpaste specifically made for sensitive teeth helps. However, these formulas don’t work for everyone. If your sensitivity is extreme and persists no matter what you do, see your dentist for an evaluation. A visit to a dentist can determine the most likely cause of your tooth sensitivity and the best solution for your particular situation.
