Like crunches bicycle crunches push ups planks and also a brisk walk of 10 mins then 20 mins of normal walk and again 10 mins of brisk walking. Also haved tepid water with lemon juice and honey. I have some pimples in my face in some days I used some face wash but it's black spots dose not remove from my face what can I do?

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

I am losing my hairs very fastly. Tried alot of shampoos and medicines but no effect.

I am a 25 years old and I got married in 20 years. I gave birth to two babies. When am sex with my husband in my vagina it produces too much of watery substances and producing some sounds. Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily from tummy if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol or eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. Sleep early and rise early to feel energetic to do exercises in the morning. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. 4.Yoga has a really amazing effect on those who want to lose weight. Along with yoga do cardio like running, jogging, cycling, climbing stairs etc. 5.Take break between the office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch to have space and heat to digest and absorb. Do some stretching in washroom if you are shy to stretch in the office. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 6.Eat healthy and Eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of strong Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Panner & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap. Prepare a neem leaves mustard oil and apply on your skin. Avoid hot food & spicy food.

When body is thin you are VATA prakruti person then you follow some rules mentioned below 1.1 glass milk add 3 spoons sugar and cow ghee 2 spoons mix properly and take every day morning and bed time. 2. My period dates is 16 th but yesterday little bit bleeding happened I have hypothyroid and taking medicine thyroxine 50 mg I have vitamins deficiency also taking tablets for iron, D, B12 as suggested by doctor. If my thyroid level comes normal will my periods come normal? Before period time very little bleeding will happen but it will not continue for 5 days. Please tell me is there any problem?

Hello - I think there is no such tension/worry. This some times happens those have thyroid disorders, stress, eventual. So better you can go up a diet to control hypothyroid, vitamin deficiency. Do not eat beans, soya products, broccoli, cabbage, spinach, mastard oils, too much whole grians (gluten), no coffe, take more iodin rich foods, selenium richfoods like sea foods, salty fish, little more salt (not too high), aswagandha roots are helpful. Vitamin d you can get from some dairy foods like curd, skim milk, iron get from green vegetables, like capcicum beet, carrots, potatoes, few greens, egg white etc.

Hello lybrate-user, the periods for any woman can range between 2 days to 8 days. The number of days of bleeding depends on many factors. With increasing age also sometimes the bleeding quantity may reduce. So do not worry. 2--3 days is fine.

I have a small 4.9 mm kidney stone in my right kidney. For the past 55 days, my abdomen is paining so much in the afternoon to the evening (3 pm to 9 pm). Does this stone causing the pain? Because I have some other problems related with urination. I drink 3 lit water. So, I go to pee 15-17 times a day. I had some difficulty in peeing for the past 10 months like I had the urge to pee but when I went to pee, it took me 5 minutes to start. But the urge was powerful. Sometimes it got obstructed too. I also hold my urine a lot because of place. I consulted 2 Doctors but both of them took my condition very lightly. They told that I have anxiety problem because my ultrasound and x-ray reports are normal. Blood sugar, thyroid, BP is ok. My urine has no infection. So, they took it like a joke. They told that I have mental stress. I will die Doctor if you take my disease lightly. This is very serious for me and painful too. For the past 55 days, I stayed at home, unable to go anywhere because of severe abdomen pain. If it is anxiety then why does it pain in my whole abdomen for the past 55 days? I can feel my pain but the 2 Doctors didn't. What's wrong with me and my medicines? Why it's not working a little bit after a strict diet? Please tell me Doctor what's wrong? I can not move, can not work, can not low down or bend because of pain in right side of my naval. I am unable to go college because I can not walk a little. My exams are coming. So, my future will be spoiled if not treated soon. One more thing to add, in 13th december one boy hit me with a punch in my liver area. And I had some pain of the impact for 4 days. Does it causing pain after 2 months? I also eats rich, spicy, oily food a lot. Junk food are my favourite. I leads a unhealthy life style since 4 years. No physical activity, video game, late night sleep, wake up late. I do not drink milk and vegetables. First Doctor, after seeing my reports, he diagnosed that I had Irritable Bowel Syndrome. So he gave me Colospa retard for 15 days. He told me to change my diet to recover soon. I did the same. But after 1 month no recovery at all. Still lot of pain in my abdomen. So, I consulted a Gastroenterologist. He gave me 1) Menoctyl (twice) 2) Veloz 20 (once) 3) Drotin DS (SOS) for 1 month I am taking this medicines for the past 10 days. But no relief. Still there is a lot of pain. I know I have to complete the course of 30 days to get relief but the pain increases day by day. What should I do now? Shall I consult Homeopathy? I heard that homeopathy needs time to work. But my situation is serious. So, shall I go for homeopathy or not?

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday. After this if your weight remain same. It means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i. E thyroid profile.
