Dear lybrate user, red eyes could be because of many reasons but commonly it is due to allergy or infection. You need to visit eye specialist to differentiate between the two as the treatment is different. Also get your eyes checked for any glass power.

No problem if we use in proper light and take frequent break but if using continuous for more than 30 minutes without break can be very harmful for eyes

If you have vision problem then Get your refraction done and wear spectacles eat green veggies. Carrots. Strain less your eyes. Relax your eyes in between work. Blink regularly if working for long time on computer. Lower the brightness of your screen. Work under adequately illuminated conditions. If needed wear corrective spectacles. These r few things you can take care of. Otherwise as such no options available which wd increases your eyesight.

Hi. Photophobia is a symptom of abnormal intolerance to visual perception of light. As a medical symptom, photophobia is not a morbid fear or phobia, but an experience of discomfort or pain to the eyes due to light exposure or by presence of actual physical sensitivity of the eyes.

I use specs for last ten years. Glass is a combination of cylindrical and spherical. Is it safe to do laser treatment?

Phaco Development Program, Fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology, DNB Ophtalmology, MBBS
Ophthalmologist, Mysore
There are a few points to be considered before advising laser 1. How much power you have? 2. Is the power stable for atleast a year now? 3. Do you have any other systemic problems? before undergoing lasik a test called corneal topography is done. If the results of that are fine then you can safely undergo laser without any problems.

Headache due to eye strain is not so common as its talked about in general. It is the constant fixed head position using comp/laptop are the triggers for neck muscle affection and the pain may radiate to head. Anyway. Nothing wrong to check your eyesight both near and distant visions. Also take paused in between using comp may try tab folk 650 as and when you need to get pain relief. Look for other causes of headache. If you get no relief.

Hello I think you have refractive error. Consult local eye specilist and get glasses there is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 24 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

Soya-based infant formulas (SIF) containing soya flour were introduced almost 100 years ago. Modern soya formulas are used in allergy/intolerance to cows' milk-based formulas (CMF), post-infectious diarrhoea, lactose intolerance and galactosaemia, as a vegan human milk (HM) substitute, etc. Soya based Infant Milk Substitute (IMS) are used for infants suffering from the following disorders: 1.Secondary Lactose Intolerance due to Diarrhoea 2.Primary Lactose Intolerance 3.Cow’s Milk Protein Allergy (CMPA) Soya -based Lactose-Free IMS reduces stool output & duration of diarrhea in hospitalized infants. Soy based formulas have a very specific indication and use. Never use Soy based formula for a normal baby.

I am working on pc continuously so suggest me to how I can take care of my eye's.
The solution for this problem Is its reduced usage and while using computers use them inproper light. There is nothing more effective than controlling usage to reduce and negate the effects. You can also reduce the intensity of the computor’s screen by attaching a filter or by getting an eye-friendly screen. Above all, one must try to reduce the amount of computor usage or take frequent breaks. Secondly always use below given Homoeopathic eye drrop 3 time a day esp.after using computor CINELUBE EYEDROPS ( HAPDCO)
