Her bp has nothing to do with her fever or anxiety. If her bp is still high in spite of medicines then she needs modifications in medicine.

If your bp is fluctuating so much then better get an abpm (ambulatory bp monitoring) done to know the stage of hypertension which will guide us about further treatment.
