Hello Lybrate users. According to your height and weight your BMI is overweight so for normal BMI reduce 10 to 12 kg weight. Your job related to travel so you make simple modification in your lifestyle are some of the best proven ways to loss weight. 1) start your day with mild exercise. 2) have a heavy Breakfast and never skip breakfast. 3) drink more fluids. 4) fruit juice, coffee, tea can be consumed without sugar. 5) carbonated and sweetened beverages should be avoided. 6) junk foods, packaged foods, processed foods should be avoided. 7) diet should be rich in fiber, meals can be started with the salads. 8) whole fruits can be consumed. 9) the diet should be low in fat and sugar. 10) foods should be consumed regularly in proper amounts and meals should not be skipped. Hi Lybrate users you like to play football so I suggest weight gain tips with sports nutrition so it's help you for better result. Take at least 4 meals and 1 to 2 snacks una day. Include a variety of food groups in your meals like. Protein, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, etc. Make sure to take power snacks by adding protein like. Carb based snack. Drink water and other beverages such as milk, juices, smoothies. Take in a small amount of snacks before bedtime so you get extra calories such as peanut butter toast, instant pudding made with whole milk, and a milkshake. Then take proper rest. Hello. According to your height and weight your BMI is 20.1 it's normal but you like to increase your weight and muscle so improve approximately 5 to 10 kgs. Some tips for weight gain :- 1) Take more calories, protein and fat rich foods. 2) Take healthy fats and oils. 3) Eat milk and milk products. 4) Use protein shakes. 5) Use creatine. 6) Use bigger plates. 7) Do some exercise. 8) Don't skip meals especially breakfast. 9) Maintain your food timing and amount. 10) Take proper rest.
