For nose block check if you are having nasal polyps - if so it will take sometime to get complete relief. You take ammon carb 30 - thrice daily for next 7 days and get back to me for further treatment. Also check if you are having any fever. Take mag phos 6x - twice daily for back pain.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and take tablet pan-l before breakfast.

Your problem might be restless leg syndrome or it may be related to vit e deficiencies along with other antioxidants. So, you can try vitamin e cap daily for 2 weeks. But if your problem persists beyond that then cosult a psychiatrist.

It also has calming and soothing effects. •Basil works as a muscle relaxant, making it a helpful treatment for mild headaches caused by tense muscles. Hello, Body pain may be due to 1. fever 2. abrupt start or stop of exercise 3. Any other medical disease like Anaemia/ Hypoproteinemia/ Thyroid problem 4. Vit D deficiency 5. Heel pain?
Heel pain is a very common foot complaint and may involve injury to the bone, fat pad, ligaments, tendons or muscles. Heel pain can also be referred by a pinched nerve in your lower back.

It is important to have your heel pain thoroughly assessed to ensure an accurate diagnosis and subsequent treatment.

Anyone can suffer from heel pain, but certain groups seem to be at increased risk, including:

Middle aged men and women
Active people eg running sports
People who are very overweight
Children aged between 8 and 13 years
Pregnant women
People who stand for long periods of time.
Common sources of heel pain
Achilles tendon rupture
Achilles tendonitis / tendinitis
Fibromyalgia
Heel spur
High ankle sprain
Lupus
Muscle strain (muscle pain)

Biomechanical correction eg orthotics, taping, foot posture exercises
Muscle stretches and massage
Lower limb muscle strengthening
Proprioceptive and balance exercises to stimulate your foot intrinsic muscles.
If you feel that your footwear or sports training schedule are potentially causing your heel pain, then we recommend that you seek the advice of a sports physiotherapist, podiatrist or trained footwear specialist (not just a shop assistant) to see if your shoe is a match for your foot; or discuss your training regime to see if you are doing too much.

Heel pain and injury are extremely common. With accurate assessment and early treatment most heel pain injuries respond extremely quickly to physiotherapy allowing you to quickly resume pain-free and normal activities of daily living.

Our body is made such that a balance is necessary. Too much or too little exercises can cause pain in muscles especially leg and back. Tight hamstrings and calf muscles can cause pain at the back of the leg. Also it could be due to back issues like disc and joint problems etc, where pain is referred to legs because of low back. When nerve is irritated, it can cause sharp leg pain as in sciatica. Sometimes leg pain is due to vein problem.

Simple ways to control leg pain.

Get up and stretch the leg muscles.
Learn strengthening exercises to build muscle strength.
Do moderate exercise and walk daily for 30 minutes.
Keep good posture when sitting for prolong periods.
Join a community yoga or stretching class.

Check with doctor immediately to find root cause, If pain persists for more than few days or you notice any numbness or tingling.

Good Morning ~ Body pain can be due to a lot of reasons. I believe that you need to tell me more regarding your problem of body pain other than the fact that you have it for the last two days. Also what do you mean by body going weak? It may be well to consult with a local doctor. Viral fever can cause you to have body pain that lasts for 2-3 days and gradually gets better and you need no medications for the same. If you are having problems other than viral fever you probably need medical attention. A thorough evaluation and management of problems is called for in that case.

You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) measure your temperature Consult me for further management

Get your blood checked for cbc and revert back with reports and also start with Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months
