hello you are more weak emotionally. please let yourself be strong again. you can do it. the only thing u need to do is just take care of these 5 things * exercise or yoga- meditation.Regular exercise can be as effective. Not only does exercise boost serotonin, endorphins, and other feel-good brain chemicals, it triggers the growth of new brain cells and connections, just like antidepressants do. Even a half-hour daily walk can make a big difference. *Nutrition.Eating well is important for both your physical and mental health. Eating small, well-balanced meals throughout the day will help you keep your energy up and minimize mood swings. *Sleep.Sleep has a strong effect on mood. When you don't get enough sleep irritability, moodiness, sadness, and fatigue increases. Make sure you're getting enough sleep each night. *Social support.Strong social networks reduce isolation. *Stress reduction.Make changes in your life to help manage and reduce stress.

You could be under some form of stress. If you meet with a counselor and get that taken care of a lot of hair fall may diminish. Anyway, everyone one of us will lose hair to the extent of 75-100 per day, whether we like it or not. They are however also constantly replaced as you keep growing. There are however some bad habits that we do as youngsters that may increase hair fall: like combing your hair too often, pulling at your hair too strongly, shampooing everyday especially with strong and highly chemically based shampoos, improper diet, stress, not massaging your scalp (you need to gently do circular massage with your finger-tips everyday to strengthen the roots), is natural cleansers like shikkakai powder, liquids etc. Less exposure to direct sunlight, less use of hairsprays, hair gels, styling creams, and so on. You could also have a genetic factor inherited from your parents that will cause excess hair fall and baldness. You must also exercise regularly, sleep adequately, and eat well from the list below of good food for prevention: carrots, prunes, green peas, oats, shrimp, walnuts, eggs, chicken, low-fat dairy products, spinach, sweet potatoes, lentils, strawberry, oranges, papaya, blueberries, lime, kiwi fruit, mango, melon, broccoli, winter squash apricots, green and red peppers, millet, barley, wheat, cucumber, rice, bean sprouts, asparagus, black sesame seeds, garlic, cabbage, onions, turnips, lettuce, brussels sprouts, kale, seaweed, dry fruits, liver, salmon, tuna and oysters. Wow, that is indeed a good and exhaustive list.

How can we reduce over thinking and flashbacks and boredom. Feeling confused about anything. Doubt the life's Decision. Why can't we let go.

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS
Homeopath, Vadodara
HI Minakshi.. This are many ways.. like changing our association which is very crucial.. it depends on with whom we associate.. they have very deep influence on our mind. Second thing is occupying our mind in productive or creative activity and accomplishment of which gives us self satisfaction. Third... sometimes the flashbacks or past matters keeps us disturbing as we left it in the middle.. so you may finish it either way by talking through.. And sometimes homoeopathic medicines help us to vent the inner conflicts..

At the age 12, I saw a movie in which there was a clip that shown, a father was loving, cuddling his 10 years old son in a way that my brain absorbed that scene as an adult male sexually exploiting a young little boy. From that day, I feel like sexually enjoying with a young boy. However, in reality, I didn't take up any such step. But I do feel whenever I see a good innocent looking face of a young boy, my eyes stay over his face. Am I a pedo or gay ? How I can get rid of this menace? please advise.

You are neither a pedo nor a gay as far as your impulses are under control. Most of us have one or more aberrations in our thought patterns which we could not easily spit out from our mind. List out the psychological, social consequences of both the child being abused and the person who abuses him (if it is your child.). You will never even think of it again.

8 Proven Ways to Be Your Self Confident Best!

Being confident is a very essential quality for all human beings, irrespective of their age or profession. Boosting up your confidence level will not only make you feel good about yourself but will also help you to keep your feet firmly on the ground ,no matter what situation you have to encounter in your daily life. Self -confidence also helps you to create a very good impression of yourself and gives you an edge over others, especially when you are trying to seek a job or representing your company or educational institute.

The following are eight proven ways to bolster your level of confidence:

  1. Think positively. Positive thinking can help you see the better side of every situation you confront. Thus, it can increase your confidence level.
  2. Being prepared to face new challenges in life and accepting those challenges is another crucial step for improving your level of confidence.
  3. Volunteer for different causes and activities. You may consider volunteering for social causes or you may also volunteer for different activities at your workplace or institution. This is a very important step for boosting up your confidence.
  4. Try to visualize your success. If you can see it before your eyes, you can achieve it too. Imagining yourself as successful will automatically elevate your confidence level.
  5. Find out the true purpose of your life. This will add meaning to your life and thus, can increase your confidence to a whole new level.
  6. Connect with others more often. Staying alienated most of the time can bring down your confidence level. The more you connect, the more confident you will become.
  7. Never underestimate yourself and your abilities. Have a strong belief in who you are and what you are capable of. This can make you more confident.
  8. Try to stay fit and healthy. As we all know health is wealth. Being healthy and fit always will make you feel good about yourself and will thus enhance your level of confidence.

Along with the aforesaid tips, remember to smile always. A bright face will automatically make you appear more confident to others.

Dear lybrate-user. Continuous study can be harmful to your eyes. The eye strain and stress is the reason for your head ache. Please distribute study timing and in breaks include entertainment activities and hobbies. Take care.
