Intermittent treatment invariably leads to poor outcomes. Do we extinguish fire stub in our house at the beginning or after the entire house is on fire and run for a fire engine? even if the fire engine arrives and extinguishes the fire. What remains is burnt out house. Similarly. Acting early and aggressively is important in arthritis. If we wait up for inflammation and swelling to occur and cause pain. Not only the inflammation leads to silent destruction of the joints and irreparable damages. But also we will require higher doses of medicines. Regular intake of medications and maintenance of minimum possible blood levels of these medicines to avoid inflammation is the key. All the best. Remember. Time * inflammation = damage. Acting early and aggressively avoiding/minimizing inflammation is the key.

I'm suffering from hair loss probably due to night shifts n not taking care too well n protein n vitamin -b deficiency doc suggested prp because she said few hair cells turned inactive and plasma from my blood when injected into the hair cells. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take shir shooladi vajra ras twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. First of all, I am sorry for you loss. As other professionals said, grief after the loss of someone close to you is common. It heals with time. But here in your case. The duration is being quite long. Sometime we need to vent it out. Whatever is there deep inside our heart. The thing that is unconsiously stopping us to come out of the sadness. I know it takes alot to be in that phase. I advice you to please consult a mental health professional. Along with him/her. You can work with your problem. Its just a phase of life. I know you will surely get out of it.

According to who, bmi is one of standard ratio for height and weight. It should be between 18 to 25 for normal body. Above 25 are calculated in overweight. Your bmi is near 19. You are healthy.

Good Morning ~ Stresses can take the best of a person and make him into a depressed or anxious person who is non functional. It seems like you have recognized the fact that you are depressed. One way you can probably approach the situation is to find ways to cope better with the stresses that you are having. You will find time to ponder over the subject and come up with unique solutions if you do mindfulness meditation. I believe that you also will get rid of the internal health problems (you have not mentioned what they are), if you focus on distracting your mind from weaknesses and concentrate on issues that are helpful for bringing you back into a non-depressed state. Medications are helpful, however I recommend reading more about depression so as to come to proper conclusions regarding the necessity for treatment from a psychiatrist.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform me.

As you r already suffering from pcod and both of you stay together only for 2-3 days, which has very less chance getting pregnant. You need to go for iui treatment with ovulation induction to increase your chance of getting pregnant. As this time you already had menses you can't be pregnant. If you r not sure then you can get urine pregnancy test done.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain some centemetres of height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height is controlled by growth hormone which is secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height. 6. You can take 1/2 teaspoon of dhatuposhtik churn of baidyanath daily with milk once a day.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules.
