Two glasses of milk contain around 14 gram of protein while the polyunsaturated fats in almond add those extra calories when included in the everyday diet. Crush a handful of almonds and add it to the boiling milk. Simmer it for five minutes. You can sweeten it with a tsp of sugar. Then, pour it in a glass and sip it slowly. To make it more effective, you may put in dates and dried figs in the boiling milk. Drink it twice daily for two months.

massage both soles with coconut oil before going to sleep,keep cows ghee in diet, take 1 glass of milk with cows ghee before going to sleep, take dinner early & in the half quantity of lunch, do morning walk for 45 minutes, take healthy food,fresh fruits,dry fruits regularly, avoid use of electronic gadgets before sleeping late night works,watching of tv,chatting on mobile, stressfull situations before going to sleep. My Son 21 Years Old met with an accident and had a fractured D4 leading to Paraplegia. He is bed ridden with total loss of sensation below the arm pit level. Sensation loss in Lower Limbs, loss in lower abdomen. He was operated and plates put from D3 to D7 for Spinal support at Gurgaon (NCR). Can someone help to advice.

Lubricate your hair. Using a moisturizer greatly reduces the chances of split ends and promotes hair growth by diminishing breakage. However, to avoid overtly oily hair, use only a little moisturizer or try lubricating your hair a couple of hours before hair wash. Moisturized hair will attract dust if you go out.

Have balanced diet, regular sleep and light exercises and avoiding addictions if any must suffice. Keep a close watch on these things, even if you insist medicines can be prescribed after a counseling session so as to enable you study longer and Increase memories of both the types i.e. Long term and short term. YOur five day fever need not be malaria and check blood smear and decide The symptoms of malaria typically develop within 10 days to four weeks following the infection. In some people, symptoms may not develop for several months. Some malarial parasites can enter the body but will be dormant for long periods of time. Common symptoms of malaria include: shaking chills that can range from moderate to severe high fever profuse sweating headache nausea vomiting diarrhea anemia muscle pain convulsions coma bloody stools.

103 is prediabetic stage. However change in food habits and lifestyle can keep sugar levels below 100... >> Avoid 3 big meals. Instead take small mini meals every 2/3 hours. Take green vegetables/salad with every minimeal..>> Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wheat, jowar, barley, instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread, white rice etc.>> Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc..>> Eat fruits  with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange.  .>> Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday. Walk for 10 mins after every meal..>> These steps can help reduce sugar levels.
