It’s known to all that 8-9 hrs. Of sleep are required for an adult. However, because of various reasons, there are many people taking less sleep. Even some of them are able to manage with short nap sometimes. Some doctors also take less sleep. Sometimes I try to practice less sleep step by step but failed.
