Hello, Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports consult Orthopedician for further management

take plenty of liquids in form of soups,fruit juices,coconut water etc. Take some pomogranate and kiwi fruits. Take soft diet. Avoid spices.Avoid nonveg.

Dear user. You keep your penis and the area beneath your foreskin thoroughly cleaned. Smell of urine depends on spicy food. Semen has its own smell. When it starts decaying, it smells more. Keep your penis clean. Secondly, sweat is another problem. Take care.

chest pain will be of many types..if she is having in the middle of chest aftet taking food it would be the pain related to indigestion which occurs like a burning heart and it is relieved with antacids..avoid eating spicy foods and pickles..if the pain is lefty and radiating towards bavk jaw neck etc then go and take an ecg test

What should he do.
He has to plan a diet for daily activity and reduce fat, high calorie diet, sweets and do exercises especially for fat. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Read on and find about the best exercises for losing belly fat. Fight your belly fat with the right kind of exercise and the right diet. Belly fat can be effectively reduced with abdominal exercises. They help you to tone the abdominal area apart from enhancing the flexibility of the area. The most important point is that they resist the accumulation of fat around the belly region. The only thing that you must keep in mind is that you must regularly perform these exercises and be patient as nothing happens overnight. Exercises for Losing Belly Fat Some very simple but effective exercises to Lose Belly Fat Stretch 1 – Lie down on a floor mat. Your legs should be at 90 degree to the rest of your body. Place your hands behind your head and clasp your fingers. Now lift your torso and rise up as if you want to touch the knees. Continue for 15 minutes and repeat in sets of 3 or 4. Cycling – Lie down on a floor mat. Raise your legs and rotate them as if you are pedalling a cycle vigorously. Repeat the exercise for five minutes in sets of three. Breathing Exercises to Lose Belly Fat Let us briefly understand on how these work. Oxygen acts as fuel for the body. The extra oxygen that you inhale while performing the breathing exercises result in certain chemical reactions that in turn burns up more calories than you actually take in. You lose extra fat. Pavanmuktasan – for practising Pavanmuktasan, take a deep breath as you lie on your back. Bend you left knee, hold your toes and pull it towards your stomach. Simultaneously lift your head and touch your bent knee. Your other leg must be straight. Breathe in and count ten. Return to your original position and breathe out. Repeat the set with your right leg. Bhujangasan – for practising Bhujangasan lie on your stomach and place your hands under your shoulders. Lift your torso backwards using only the back muscles and not your hands. Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds and slowly return to your original position as you breathe out. Dhanurasan – Lie on your stomach and bend your knees. Hold your ankles as you breathe in. Push your body outwards in the shape of a bow and pull your head back as much as possible. Hold this position for 10 seconds and release the posture as you slowly breathe out. Apart from these there are aerobics that also help you to lose belly fat. Regular simple workouts, like jogging, walking up and down through the stairs fast also helps to shed those stubborn belly fat. But remember, it is always advisable to seek the advice of a fitness instructor before you decide as exercise regimen for yourself in order to get the maximum results.

Un protected anal sex with unknown partner carries risk of transmission of std. Ensure that non of you has past history of std. If in doubt you have to do lab tests to confirm after consulting skin and vd specialist.

Mr. Lybrate-user, t2 diabetes when goes on over 10 -15 years does tend to cause a number of long term complications. These tend to occur early if blood glucose control is not good. Persistent high blood glucose damages peripheral nerve endings leading to altered sensation and a patient feels tingling, numbness and burning sensation in the lower limbs, more so in feet. One of the primary requirement is to maintain a strict blood glucose control with fbs closer to 100 mg, pp 160 to 180 mg & hba1c% <7. There are various medicines used to improve this condition like vitamin b12, lipoleic acid, folic acid combinations and drugs like gabapentine and pragabalin. Thanks.

1. Take one clove after every meal and chew it. This is very effective natural cure to reduce bad breath. 2. Chew some cardamom seeds to get rid of bad breath. 3. Chewing a few mint leaves frequently can get rid of bad breath and it is a good mouth freshener too. Diet- 1. Increase the intake of foods rich in zinc as they help in preventing bad breath. Zinc helps maintain the anaerobic bacteria balance inside the mouth to keep it free of foul smell. 2. Increase intake of vitamin c and vitamin e rich foods. 3. Drink lots of water to keep mouth and body well hydrated. 4. Avoid constipation.

Hi Soak 10 almonds over night in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of cow hot milk (or crush them in hot cow milk) and add a little bit of saffron, ginger and cardamon to it. Drink this every morning. Take pranacharya heman syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya heman capsule 1-1 twice a day.

this may be due to sleep disturbance or inadequate sleep normally one should see sleep 7to8 hours a day.it may be due to anxiety neurosis ,stress and strain and ingestion of wrong heavy food at night and may be alcohol. one should not hit the bed immediately after dinner at least for one hour. have water by mouth and have bath in the evening.things will improve.

Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Hello lybrate user your problem may be due to bronchitis or nasal bone growth. So just check out with ent doctor. You have to do xray nose and chest xray. You will find the reason.

My father in law, 52/M had been diagnosed of hernia in November, 2016 for which he got operated in Feb, 2017. Post surgery he had the pain in the stitch for a month but it got settled. However, he has again started having extreme pain in that area since more than a week in spite of being in constant rest. Can it be due to recurring hernia or what may be the probable reason? The doctor who had operated is just giving him pain killers.

hello there. 5 to 10% cases of hernia surgery may have this complication of pain which is called as inguinodynia. recurrence may be unlikely. continue with pain killers and vit B12 tablets. it often disappears on its own.

Dear Lybrate user. Phimosis is a congenital narrowing of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be retracted. Phimosis is a very common problem. In most of the cases you can clear the problem yourself. Phimosis could cause moderate to severe pain while having vaginal intercourse. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement 20 times several times in a day. Repeat the same every day for around one month. You will get the elasticity and you will be able to retract the foreskin completely. In case if there is no result from the above massage, you can always go for a minor surgical procedure called circumcision. Take care.
