If you are trying to lose weight, the foods you buy at the grocery store can make or break your plan. So you should bring a list of fat-free foods to lose weight. Use these tips and print out this list before you head to the store. 

So which foods make the top list of fat-free foods? you might be surprised. Most of these foods are naturally free from fat. Some processed fat-free foods are not listed.


Why? certain diet foods can actually be bad for your weight loss program. Sometimes, when food makers remove fat from a food, they replace it with sugar. So the calorie count remains the same. And your sugar intake goes through the roof.

Many foods on this fat-free list provide a nutritional benefit but keep the calorie count in check. These are the best foods for weight loss. Other choices listed below don't necessarily provide great nutrition but calm your cravings for sweets and treats for just a few calories.

Hi am MB, I am 67 years old, recently I had got my comprehensive cardiac check up done which I do regularly with a frequency of once every year. This time during regular treadmill test, my exercise tolerance was found fair. What does that actually mean? And what is tmt positive? Is there any thing needed to be done after tmt test results? What is the relationship between a positive tmt and bad cholesterol? What are the precautions needed to be taken to prevent bad cholesterol build up? What kind of food habits that has to be avoided for good heart condition and subsequently to keep yourself away from cholesterol? Exercise tolerance is fair but tmt? positive, may be slightly. Get echo done to know % functioning of heart and a total lipid profile to know about good and bad cholesterol. Our body is like a car that needs good type of engine oil to function properly, bad cholesterol is bad oil, and good cholesterol is good oil, low chilesterol does lead to illnesses like arthritis and cancer. Keep low cholesterol lower than 80 and good cholesterol higher than 80. Eat 5 gms of desi ghee / butter and a katori of nuts of all varieties-soaked and peeled almonds, cashew nuts, wallnuts, peanuts etc. Avoid bad fats like burgers, pizzas, fried road side food and reheated oil at home. Do not go by ads on tv, there is no oil that is zero cholesterol, but still till date sarson ka tel - musturd oil is the best for our style of cooking, use steam to cook, avoid frying even at home. Consume more seasonal fruits and vegetables. If levels of good cholesterol are kept on a higher side, it helps bring down the levels of bad cholesterol. Exercise reduces bad cholesterol and so does drinking a glass of warm water with juice of fresh lemon + a spoon of honey in it. Write down if there are any doubts. Remember pollution is bad for the heart, as bad as smoking, stay near green plants to get fresh oxygen, if risky levels outside home, it is better to stay indoors and use an exercise cycle.

You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

Hello, there can be two reasons - you are not cleaning the area properly while having bath. -excessive dead skin cells to accumulate in skin pores. -you have a very dry skin. You need to remove them by a scrub, that will open pores and you can clean the area. Take bath with a cream based body wash example shea butter body wash or cocoa butter body wash. Use warm water for bath. Hygiene is cause in the area and it can certainly be cleared. Eat healthy, to keep your skin hydrated.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Hi, it's really good that you are thinking about your body, yourself, because most of the females do ignore themselves! Belly fat is the most ignored area which is also harmful for the body. Right way of loosing belly or anywhere else fat is through right diet. Eat 6 meals a day (3 main courses - breakfast, lunch, dinner & 3 small meals - early morning tea/ milk with biscuits/ slice of bread, fruits in between the meals & tea/ milk in evening with biscuits). Binging too much of food at one go can cause deposition of fat. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. Take enough of rest and sleep of 6-9hrs. Do regular exercises daily (in case possible, opt for Meditation and Yoga under supervision of qualified Yoga-instructor. Yoga will also helps to keep you active and young!). Avoid caffeinated/ aerated drinks. Use staircase instead of lift (if possible). Maintain good posture (very important; if you will walk straight, it automatically tightens your abdominal muscles) during sitting, walking. Do brisk walk daily. Avoid fried, junk, unhealthy, sugary, zero-caloried food. Think Positive! Along with this, take homoeopathic medicine - Fucus Vesiculosis Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of lukewarm water 1/2 an hr before meals - for 1 month. (Maintain, work hard to do this for achieving something!)

Hi. Let me you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent which is called 'Hairloss' rather and leads to bald areas of smooth and shiny surface. In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up which subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or hairloss- hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger any other underlying diseases, etc. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200/ twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness).

Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation,exposure to loud noise, bright light since it precipitates migraine attack 4..
