Your hbaic is 5.6 its too low you can target it near 6.5 I mean you can reduce dose of your drugs a bit and lower bp to 130 systolic.

In pregnacy you have to control your blood sugar with dier and may b insulin and fasting sugar target is around 80 to 90 mg and random 110 to 120 mg.

Insulin is best and time tested option awailable so far, you can have nasal slray insulin which for time being is not awailanle in india, stem cell therapy and artificia full answer
