Rinses with warm saline is good no harm occur with mild rinses if you ingest salt it may increase your b.p.

Avoid stress maintain good oral hygiene do mouth wash brush twice a day warm saline rinses smooth sharp edges of teeth take multivitamin and vit c.

There are many causes of tooth ulcer in mouth but it may be also due to stomach problem like acidity avoid stress avoid tea or coffee avoid spicy food take meal on time.
