Wat should we do to get an pink lips any suggestions,medicines anything which turn ma lips pink

As you also know no one can change the lip colour we are born with, only by home-remedies we can only change the tone or lighten the shade. So, follow the below points: - Mix 1 tbsp of rose petal paste and 1 tsp of butter, milk cream or honey and srub it very gently. Do this 2 times a week. - Take a thin slice of lemon, sprinkle a bit of sugar and rub it on your lips very gently. Do this daily for few days. - Soak a few rose petals in raw milk for one hour, and then grind the mixture to make a paste. Add one-half teaspoon of honey and a pinch of saffron to it. Apply the paste on your lips and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Do this two times a day. - Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk (which is very effective. Management: Keep yourself hydrated, have 12-15 glasses of water. Always use good quality of either lipstick or lip balm with Vit. A, E and sunscreen 20-30 minutes before going out in sun. Eat healthy, nutritious food. Avoid anger/ anxiety. Avoid junk food. Take 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of toughing, licking/ picking the lips. Don't smoke, eat gutka, etc.

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and turmeric together. Carefully cut the vitamin E capsule from its tip and gently pour the oil present inside into the pack. Mix well. Apply this all over the face. Leave it for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with warm water.

Hii I am 20 years old. I have a fungus infection on my elbow eg. Ringworm wound. I have counslate many doctors and apply many anti dermatitis creams on them but do not get result. So can you please tell me medicines names so that I can take. please text me msg.

If u have fungal infection,y did u apply anti dermatitis cream?Avoid tight undergarments. Wear loose cotton underclothes. Keep the private parts dry. Remove any form of moisture that accumulates. Change underclothes regularly. Reduce weight. Tinea is due to a fungal infection which grows in hot, humid, wet environments. You need to use antifungals.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user,start using a cleanser that has salicylic acid. This will help in reducing the oiliness. Use a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 .The sunscreen has to be applied once in 3-4 hours especially between 7 am-5 pm. Please note that the sunscreen has to be applied on all days irrespective of whether you stay at home or go to work and also irrespective of the climatic conditions. Sunscreen decreases the tanning of your skin and hence with regular use your skin tone will be maintained. You can consult a dermatologist in person, so that it would be easier to prescribe other creams or procedures if required to reduce the pigmentation. I hope this answers your query!

Respected lybrate-user hi you have not narrated amount & freq of blood, constipation burning after stool, fever. But anyway presently avoid oily spicy stuffs, nonveg. Have more liquids green leafy veg fiber content fruits curd etc. Have tab combiflam mor & eve for 2 days after meals then consult thanks regards.

I have black spots in my face. How to get rid of this black spots without affecting to my skin. Please give me your suggestions.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the black spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed .it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Use of stimulant decreases the symptoms to a much good effect and if we don't give stimulant medication There will be more of conduct disorder and progress in disease and for side effects we have to monitor the person and advice them accordingly And spine block works for six months

Mr Rajkishor, Treatment for hypothyroidism is for life time. This is a condition due to deficiency of thyroxine an important hormone secreted by thyroid. Therefore, there is a need for supplementation and that too for life time. Plus you have to keep checking TSH levels periodically to see if the dose of thyroxine is adequate or needs an increase.

You need to take a balanced diet. Do exercise. Eat fat burner foods. Eat one glass luke warm water with lemon juice with one tsp honey in the early morning. Follow a low calorie balanced diet. Eat low calorie foods. Eat more vegetables n fruits. Eat 4 ltrs water. Eat flax seed powder with 1 glass of water before go to bed. Eat pomegranate /day if you want really lose weight. Avoid fast foods. Use rice bran oil o doctor'choice company 15-20 ml/day.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems including irregular menses are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. Weight reduction will happen when you reduce your diet + Exercise regularly. Taking lemon or any combination with it does not lead to any weight loss. It is just a myth. Honey has sugar in it and it will add more Weight on you. Take simple diet... that's the only way to permanent weight loss
