If it is fasting than we need to treat it and if it is randon than its ok. You should get hba1c test which gives more idea.

Dear lybrate-user, as your father is having sugar 308 mg/dl ,you should get it in normal level which is < 110 mg/dl in fasting for boil you can start higher antibiotics ...read full answer

dear anusha, mostly it could be due to peripheral neuropathy due to uncontrolled diabetes,it has very low chance for malignancy regards hope it is helpful
