Hi. I am 21, and I am 39 to 40 kg. I am quite underweight. please hlp me to get rid out frm this. please suggest me a diet plan to gain weight. And I leave in hostel so it is difficult to arrange milk. To drink. please help me. I do not take any treatment for weight gain or any medicine. I hv consulted with a doctor lst month. She suggest me to do several test. Lyk my thyroid. The report was normal. She told me if I eat properly. Then I will be fine. But I live in hostel . I eat frm tiffen service. And about my periods it is fine. I daily intake a iron tablets. My daily schedule of eating. Every morn 5 to 6 soaked almonds. Aftr that I do not regularly eat breakfast. Due to my classes. Bt lunches is compulsory. And in dnr it is total depends upon my mood. sometimes I prefer to order food for dnr like egg roll, chicken roll, biryani, pasta, etc. I need a complete diet chat for weight gain . Hi reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Dear Lybrtae User, As per medical teminology, if your weight is increase you fell look less taller then now. here your BMI (Body mass index) is less. so try your best to increase weight. You look too much taller as your weight is less.

Back pain is common among farmers because of the physical nature of the occupation. Several measures can be taken to reduce the risk of a back injury. Many tasks can be modified to relieve stress placed on the back. These may include: Avoid working in awkward positions or standing for long periods of time. When changing directions turn with the feet, not at the waist, to avoid a twisting motion. Wear boots with high-quality insoles to support the ankles and reduce back pain. Use correct lifting posture every time. Use your legs to lift, instead of your back. When carrying items keep them close to your body and make more trips carrying smaller loads. Limit repetitive tasks and chores involving poor posture. Alternating this type of task with less strenuous tasks can be effective at preventing back injuries. Use long-handled tools to increase leverage and reduce the need to bend or reach" Push" rather than" pull" objects. Carts and wheelbarrows are efficient when feeding animals or hauling heavy tools. When in the tractor seat, adjust the seat to position your thighs parallel to the floor. Consider installing mirrors or cameras in equipment to reduce the need to turn. Replace older equipment seat cushions with new ones that have adjustable lumbar support, arm rests and adjustable thigh support. Modify tasks or work methods to reduce the number of times needed to get on and off equipment. Minimize stumbling or fall hazards by practicing good housekeeping methods in all areas of the farm. This includes keeping tractor platforms clear of tools and clutter. Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. -Try to do back strengthening and core stability exercises.

Lubricate your hair. Using a moisturizer greatly reduces the chances of split ends and promotes hair growth by diminishing breakage. However, to avoid overtly oily hair, use only a little moisturizer or try lubricating your hair a couple of hours before hair wash. Moisturized hair will attract dust if you go out.

Hello, If you weren't sexually involved last month then the delay is likely to be stress induced. You may wait for 2 weeks post missed periods and if menses don't resume then you may opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones.

Do physiotherapy as it helps in flexibility and mobility of joints, get your urea, uric acid, kidney and liver function tests, also vit D and calcium levels tested. A few more specialised tests are needed too ,to rule out arthritis and other joint ailments. Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Excessive weight is not only absurd to looks but also the cause of many disease. Weight can be reduce by a proper diet plan with proper exercise. Exercises must not be too vigrous but should be light. Diet plan should include protein rich diet with low carb n low fat content. Don't skip you diet. Or have very strict diet like only on fruits or juices. According to who weight loss per week should be 800gm. This is healthy n you can maintain it. Homoeopathic medicine are also beneficial in it.

In my family no one is diabetic, my age is 36, blood sugar was before brake fast 81 and after that 181 in urine 7.5. My weight is 80 and I have knee pains and gyniac problem of dismenohrea due to this I am facing lots of difficulties like vomiting, abdominal pain, over bleeding for 3 days. I dont know what to do. It is not as easy task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (self-monitoring of blood glucose? smbg). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of fasting sugar (fbs) and 2 hours after food (ppbs) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ insulin will be needed. For sugar control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. For giving you regular follow up you ask me privately with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.
