The duration of each menstrual cycle is about 28 days Most women will experience their monthly period right from the time they are 13 to the time they are 50. For many women, their monthly period is nothing more than an annoyance; but other women may suffer some problems.

Hello less weight is sometimes common according to age. Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning.

Ali you need to have more fat around your cheeks, not swelling, for that you need to concentrate on your overall health and weight gain, a person for example has 50 kg weight with 6 feet height will have dumped cheeks and the person with same height has 75 kg weight will have a chubby cheeks. for that you need to have a diet that will help you in gaining weight.

Hello lybrate-user when we have extra body fat we have difficulties of running, walking and many more. So loose weight and stay healthy.(1) exercise like yoga, skipping, swimming, lying butt bridge, back kick etc.(2) avoid fast foods and junk foods, sweets and other high calorie foods (3) take small amount of foods (4) take dates and yogurt (5) take whole grains, vegetables, fruits plenty (6) drink water 3lit/day and drink water before meals.(7) stay busy with study not with foods.(8) quality sleep. These primary things will help you.

Hi lybrate-user 6 ways to gain weight most naturally most people these days want to lose weight in order to look slim, and as a result, they often miss out on essential nutrients and starve themselves, deteriorating their health. On the other hand, some people want to put on a few pounds to look and feel healthier or simply to bulk up. Gaining weight is not strenuous and can be achieved simply by reversing some essential dieting principles. Certain basic calculations and lifestyle changes can garner impressive results. Here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. If you don?t have too much time on your hands, you can just practice Suryanamaskar for 10-20 times each day. Trikosana or triangle pose is great way to achieve good height and body balance. Hello  You have not mentioned  whether you have Hypertension  ,DIABETES, Or any other problems.  Any blood tests done like PPBS,Thyroid function  tests,complete haemogram .Any history of head injury or neurological  problem?  Dizziness can be due to generalised weakness,Cardiovascular ,neurological or Ear-brain-balance problem. Medicines will be needed to stop the sensation. Unfortunately Lybrate doesn't allow prescription of medicines in open forum. Vertigo is a medical term which describes a sense of rotation even while stationary.It can often be confused with lightheadedness, generalised weakness,dizziness . Vertigo may be caused by problems in your peripheral (Ear &balance mechanism inside ear known as the vestibular system)or central nervous system. A complete checkup is required to isolate the cause. Peripheral vestibular  system causing vertigo symptoms may need initial medications to stabilise followed by Vestibular Rehabilitation  exercises. A good quality  of life can be achieved if properly managed. Basic investigations: A Pure tone audiometry  and tympanometry  can detect any problem in the ear nerves and tympanic membrane pressure (both of which can be abnormal in case of ear diseases) An Xray of the Cervical Spine (AP /Lat/Lat-oblique to check for cervical spondylitis CT brain and a complete  haemogram  are some of the baseline tests needed for a good evaluation  of vertigo. A cause of vertigo often difficult to diagnose is  BPPV Benign Paroxysmal  positional vertigo BPPV can be treated with Epleys manoeuvre  and Vestibular  Rehabilitation  exercises. With regular vestibular exercise you can be symptom free  and lead a normal life. *Tips for starting vestibular exercise: No.1:Sit on your bed with legs hanging. Keep your head straight and just by moving your  pupils first look to the right.Hold this position .Count to 10. If you have dizziness  with right gaze still hold that gaze. Then move your pupil to the left.Do this for 10 minutes for two weeks . When you can move your pupil to either side without symptoms,you can start another exercise. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets available online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. After assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, one can recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight.

You might be in stress, try to avoid it, drink 1/2 lit water before sleeping and if possible 15 mints yoga on concentration will help you for better sleep. Or you can use 2 tablets of yogi pharmacy named tense free at bed time only.

For hair fall solution, we have to stop causative factors like improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun spicey sour n salty food to much curd day sleep lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness here your medication is also one of reason etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd use trichup shampoos & medicated oil like keshraksha or nilibhrungadi tail must do oil massage in head for thick hair avoid direct sun & air take proper diet we generally start 3 treatment together 1. Medicine for root cause & hair tonic 2. Shirodhara with medicated oil 3. Nashya tretment.

No you should not apply Kajal. It's not recommended. Using Kajal can cause allergy, watery eye and itchiness. It can also block naso lacrimal duct during bathing or washing that can lead to infection. Commercially available Kajal contains lead that can cause toxicity and can lead to nervous system damage with very prolonged use. So it's better to avoid it.

Hi, seems to be a case of postural hypotension. Orthostatic hypotension, also known as postural hypotension, orthostasis, and colloquially as head rush or dizzy spell, is a form of low blood pressure in which a person's blood pressure falls when suddenly standing up or stretching. The symptom is caused by blood pooling in the lower extremities upon a change in body position. It is quite common and can occur briefly in anyone, although it is prevalent in particular among the elderly, and those with low blood pressure. Orthostatic hypotension is caused primarily by gravity-induced blood-pooling in the lower extremities, which in turn compromises venous return, resulting in decreased cardiac output and subsequent lowering of arterial pressure. Medication: give her homoeopathic medicines - five phos and alfaalfa tonic - both 3 times a day daily for a month. Revert.
