No piles won't cause any problems. Your wife can go for natural childbirth. Ask her to take plenty of fluids and avoid spicy food.

In piles & fistula person can eat rice & raw 2 pieces of garlic. Is garlic harmful to eat during plies & fistula.

No garlic is not harmful if taken in small quantity. You can eat rice also. Take plenty of fluids and fibre rich diet.

Dear lybrate-user This is not piles, this is constipation. You can take plenty of fluids, green vegetables and fruits And avoid talking spicy and fried food.
