Some nasal discharge is normal. Dont. Expect the nose to be dry. If it blocks the nose you can use saline drops.

Green stool is normal. Neither the the apple juice npr cold is responsible for green stool. Continue breast feeding and weaning food.

Some time if child has uti they may cry like this. Needs detail history and evaluation. Consult child specialist.
