Physical check up of eyes is necessary for such a problem so get you eyes checked with an ophthamologist.

Go for a cataract surgery & ask you ophthamologist to select a lens which can bring permanent solution from spectacles.

Use lubricating eye drops & clean your eyes with boiled water. If the problem continues than consult an opthamologist.
