I am operated 4 years back for both eyes for cataract I am using fresh tears daily now when I.read tears come from both eyes.

Hello This may be due to dryness You may A. Blink a lot B. Cold compresses C. Keep using lubricating eyedrop frequently.

You should get Your eye checked up for refraction & I think you need change of glass, you should continue putting lubricating eye drops, with regards.
