Do weight bearing activities- be in quadrupes position like a horse for 10min twice a day Do wall pushing exercise Start with 1 kg weight & do biceps curls, wrist curls Do isometric exercise of each joint Do shoulder shrugs Apply hot fomentation if pain is felt
